Overall, my experience with Brendon Rogers and his staff was very positive. I had a lengthy association with them. We worked together from June 2017 through February 2020. It started with them getting me appointed as Legal Guardian over my aunt, that had been diagnosed with the Alzheimer's disease.
Even after getting my appointment as Guardian, Brendon went above and beyond what he was required to do, assisting me with questions that I would have concerning legal requirements of the Guardianship.
After my aunt passed away, Brendon took care of closing the Guardianship and then went to work getting me appointed as the Personal Representative over my aunt's estate.
Again, Brendon and his staff took care of everything needed to be done legally, concerning my aunt's estate and answering any questions I had concerning things I needed to do as Personal Representative.

This attorney is not trustworthy. He handled my family estate without ethics by assisting family members in violating their duties under court order and committing fraud. When questioned he threatened to charge additional fees against the estate for himself. By his own admission his client was acting unethically with his assistance. Furthermore, he accepted gifts from family members for assisting them in taking funds from the estate They were not entitled to.

My mother recently passed and my siblings and I experienced first hand the great blessing of having parents who had invested time in preparing an estate plan. The work my parents did while still living saved us from additional stress, anxiety and heartache, allowing us to grieve and honor their wishes without complication or conflict. We knew my mother's end of life wishes and were able to honor these to help her transition out of this world. The transfer of property following her death went smoothly and according to my parents' wishes. We experienced nothing but blessing because of our parents' foresight. All that to say that my husband and I wanted the same experience for each other and for our own children at the time of our own deaths.

Brendon was a class act! He worked with me on a case where we needed to take a deceased gentleman off a deed. He gave me a couple of different scenarios and then made some phone calls to the county. I was recommended to Brendon Rogers by a hospice social worker as my dad fell very ill. He began helping me even before my father passed with his community connections. He is the one and only attorney I have ever hired but the experience has been nothing like I expected. He is much more like a friend, compassionate, considerate, and so amazingly helpful. I live a long way away from this area and so far am having such an easy time working with him and his staff. He is always available to guide me and answer questions. He has a network of people in his community that have helped me thanks to him. While I was in the area my wife needed to see a dentist and nobody could squeeze us in until I called Brendon for help. He got us into a dentist immediately which turned out to be major as they slowed an infection which allowed us to get home for a root canal.
