Would give less stars if possible. Allegedly claims to help the "little guy" in consumer protection or business law BUT, when I called, can't reach attorney, intake is done by some receptionist or whomever. And they're so excited about your case! Says you'll hear from attorney. Never do hear from an attorney, they file a case though and not even related to what you've talked with them on the phone? How they even do that!? Ok, maybe it's part of the process of their master plan and they'll fill me in later??? Continued calls and an email dont go anywhere while your questions remain unanswered and no attorney contacts you. Never was asked to present facts or documents. After prolonged period of months, receive generic letter that they aren't going to take the case. No explanation at all. Not "for the people" more like just, "f the people" (allegedly, your experience may vary, not an attorney spokeperson).

Called to speak to a qualified attorney and got some lady on the phone that was anything but an attorney, non friendly, didn't answer the phone as if it were even a business, almost snooty, and hadn't been to even the 1st day of law school and she wanted me to tell her all about my claim as she stated SHE decided what attorney got my case for evaluation. I was very uncomfortable speaking with someone merely answering the phones and was not an attorney. Who is she to decide which way my case goes?!?
I told her "I'll Pass" and hung up. People that have had a bad situation prompting them to call an attorney should be made to feel comfortable and speak to a qualified LICENSED attorney not having to tell multiple people. Just wasn't for me. And they don't seem to be actually "OPEN 24/7 " but more less have someone the calls are forwarded to as it took many rings for her to answer.

Horrible firm , do not choose this firm to represent you they are worthless!

The consultation is a cold exchange. You speak to someone who just takes information. Then they decide yes or no. I have no idea who the deciding factors are or even if I have a case. If this wasn't bad enough, they take a week to two weeks to get back to you. Just felt like a time wasted.

I would never recommend this law firm to anyone. They never call you back you have to call them to get any information. I called and had the consultation, never heard back from them. Finally had to call them only for them to tell me the reason I never got a call back was because they were refusing my case.

Emailed this law firm asking for help and got just the opposite. I would not recommend just on my experiance.
