I made an appointment on the phone, arrived on time and the lady Kelly who was supposed to meet us did not show up. We were offered water and coffee while waiting and never got any. After 15 minutes of waiting for Kelly (LV Rainbow location) the lady at the front desk told us Kelly is at a 2-day seminar and will not be showing up. The receptionist said she sent emails and called to tell me she cannot be there. I told here I did not get any messages nor email. Then the receptionist looked at me as if I am at fault. She NEVER apologized. I told her she just wasted me and my husband's time and walked out. Thinking my cell phone is not working and maybe I missed some emails, I went back home to check my emails on my laptop and did not see a single email from them. Very bad customer service and the sales rep lied to protect themselves. Their beginning package is $2450 set up fee plus $35 per month. We were going to get a package from them but with this kind of customer service and lying from sales rep, we changed our mind.

Trying to contact anyone here after they take your money is very difficult. They missed our scheduled telephone conference and didnt respond to my emails of voice mails. Only way I got a call back was when I asked for my money back. Now I am in the same position as before, sent emails and left voice mails with no response. The only way they will call you back is if you ask for a refund. This is very unprofessional and needs to be addressed. I have left message with the front desk that if they do not call me back by close of business today that they are fired. I will go somewhere else that wants my business.

In the game of life, the rules for most of us are learned through trial and error. Unfortunately...that error you made, now leads to a trial. How much of your wealth is in jeopardy? I'd bet for most of you, all of it.

I say this because I am a Real Estate investor. Admittedly, I'm more of a novice. I ran my own machine shop for 25 years. That was my primary focus. My Real Estate side hustle never got the attention that my shop did. Not because I didn't think it was important. I figured I'd get to it when it made enough money for me to care.

At 25 years I decided to shut down my shop. I was then able to sell the building that it housed. I 1031 exchanged into an apartment complex in Texas. The next thing I knew, I was retired. 100% on passive income.

Now I needed to get serious with Real Estate. I was struggling with my team of professional people. In my machining business I had vendors, a CPA, and Lawyers that understood my business. Everything ran smoothly. In my Real Estate game, my team was weak. I was switching Lawyers. My CPA didn't understand what I was doing. I was floundering. Worst of all, I had nobody to talk to. I needed guidance.

I found Anderson while searching the web for anything that could help me. Even though they seemed to be saying everything I wanted to hear. It took me 10 months before I signed up for the class. I was certain that it would be a pitch fest.

He talked of new techniques that he created to solve customer problems. After the thought he would research to see if it would pass IRS and all governing bodies' scrutiny. On the third day I knew that I would be a customer. I also knew that all of my assets were in jeopardy. But I didn't realize that they were vulnerable to a single lawsuit from any one of them. Or me having the misfortune of being in a car accident.

Clint talked about people coming to him. It was always after something bad had happened. It made me realize how vulnerable I am. I know, you're thinking scare tactics. I thought about that too. After all, he is a Lawyer. But, he was relating real life stories. He has over 20 years of experience. He has seen many people fighting for their livelihoods, their properties, and their legacies. Imagine having to start over right now.

As he talked about some of the bad positions that people put themselves in. I thought about how worried I was when a tornado was blasting through Kansas. That Tornado passed right through a little town where I had a 200 thousand dollar 4 plex. I kept telling myself please don't let anyone get hurt on my property. Well, a giant Oak tree fell right on it. Thankfully nobody was hurt. Let me tell you...a $5000.00 deductible may not seem like much when you're buying insurance. But, it sure hurts when you cough it up.

I was happy to get away with such a small price. A death on my property would have wiped out a lifetime of work. It was after that tornado that I decided to go to the Anderson 3 day event. I'm so glad I did.

I learned all about how to structure my assets to protect my life's work. I learned how to structure a business to hold these assets. And best of all. I learned that with the proper business and entity structure, you can keep more of your money from Uncle Sam.

They say that hiring a professional should not only pay for their work, but that they should make you money. I can say this without a doubt. The level of service of this law firm is absolutely top notch!!!

I used them to file my taxes previously. It was fine last year, but this year, I had been in communication with them on a consistent basis many months prior to filing taxes, with a detailed step-by-step to-do list of what I expect them to help me with, starting with the step to notify me if my package was going to expire soon. When I was finally ready to file, not only had they not made sure my company was in compliance with state law, which was due before tax day, but they said they wouldn't file my taxes unless I paid them $800-1000 then had the nerve to get me set up with bookkeeping services, which would have cost me even more. When I had finally filed my personal taxes through H&R block, I received a late tax form and asked them to amend what I had already sent to the IRS. Again, nothing.

Update: The company has been responsive to my review, and is working to right everything.

Update: Still waiting for everything to be righted.

I am so happy i took the Asset and Taxes Protection implementation workshop with Anderson. The course was informative, educational and fun! Everybody that works for Anderson is full of rigor and positive energy which makes learning with them an amazing experience. Shortly after the workshop I purchased their Platinum package to help me manage my C-Corp i use for my house flipping, and holding company LLC i use for my rentals and i couldn't be happier with that decision.
