Previous negotiations had repeatedly come to a stalemate. A friend suggested we try a different location and mediator. SO glad we did! It was not without concerted effort on all parties, but Ms. Carpenter did a phenomenal job sussing out some viable options previously not considered which provided for an agreement that all parties walked away from the table, thrilled about!
