The legal aid worker (we waited just 7mins to see !), was very sympathetic to my client's predicament & extremely direct; being very well versed in client's major emergency with no prior knowledge of our specific legal matter. Also, the office opened up at the exact time slated on website, answering machine & as verbally stated the previous afternoon. Receptionist was available immediately & all were called expeditiously to recieve their counsel.

They only offer legal advice for landlord tennant, foodstamps, unemployment. I went in for advice in Elder senior citizens. They do not offer any services nor did they know where to refer me. Then someone in waiting area told me to ask for Senior Center program address, front desk didn't know. Needless to say the front desk was not helpful. I presumed their non-profit would know about other non-profit agencies. Guess not.

This place is a joke. I would highly recommend legal aid of southern Nevada over this place any day!! They were able to take on my legal case where as these dodos would not. The paralegal I spoke with did not even listen to what the real issue was and only took her 10 mins to deny helping me. I’m confused as far as why people are giving such great reviews.
