Finally, every time you visit the office, the attorney is there, ready to talk with you himself (at no extra charge). My husband and I are very much satisfied of the services both the Bankruptcy and the Loan Modification. They did an excellent job for delivering what they promised. Our Mortgage Loan is on trial payments for three months starting next month and we are saving almost one thousand dollars from what we used to pay.They did it. First I will start this review saying that no one can ever make everybody happy.. mistakes are done and we learn from it in the process of a lifetime.. secondly it makes me sad to see the "big guys" come after Randolph trying to collect more of what the country needs the most at the moment $$$.. I have a lot of gratitude for him.. he helped me not only save my house but also gave me good insights in what I needed to do better. I own him so much more then the fees I paid him. I had gone to 3 different lawyers when I found him and really was running out of time for a solution with the banks trying to take as many houses as they could in the shortest amount amount of time possible and lawyers trying to have as many people foreclose and short sale just so they could make a their own fee.

I was very impressed by Mr. Goldberg. He is very knowledgable in many different areas, specifically bankruptcy law. Randy provided great guidance and above all was very professional. What I really enjoyed about him was the personal touch that he approached my situation with. This showed me he really truly cared about me as a client and wanted to do everything to help me out.
