A wonderful experience. Haines and Kruger introduction was over the top they make you feel as though you are good friend. They explain all items from start to finish that gives you a total understanding of your position.

I went into the office and at first I was told my case would be from $350 to $400 dollars. I listed all my creditors, then the next visit I was told it would be $450 I said ok, I got to the first meeting only to find out that they left out a creditor which was one of the reasons for me filling. I was told that they would put it back in but that my payment would go up it went up a $120 more for something that I had already been quoted a price of $450. these people do not tell the truth. Stay away.

The experience that got me to the point of having my name and credit ruined had been the most challenging thing I've encountered in my life. The staff at Haines & Krieger really made this process as seamless as it could be. I had the opportunity to sit down with lawyers and they answered all questions that I may have asked. They seem to focus on customer service and providing the client with assurance of being a means to an end of financial debt. Would definitely recommend this firm, I wish I had come to them sooner!

STAY AWAY - This law firm is a complete waste of time. They state they specialize in suing the credit bureaus but drag you into the office to tell you they aren't taking any new FCRA cases. Look elsewhere!

When I came to Haines & Krieger it was after I had met with 3 other Firms here in Las Vegas. I was surprised that I actually met with George Haines and we sat down and he listened to what I was saying and walked me through my options.
From the moment I signed with them the have been great! George and his team have always been very responsive through out this very tough at times process. I was about a year into my 5 yr bankruptcy and I lost my job got behind again and George stepped up he did a loan mod and even though I did not think they would be able to do it ( Since I had done in twice in years passed) they did and saved my home for a 2nd time!! Also got me a lower house payment by getting 100,000 off my mortgage and a clean start! After doing that he was able to re figure me bankruptcy and take from a 5 year term to a 3 year term and it just ended today!

After my client went through a bankruptcy which was discharged. The bank was withholding information for weeks with no explanation for my client. We explained the situation to Mr Krieger; he immediately typed up a letter which was served to the bank. The bank quickly responded with the withheld information.
