Phenomenal experience working with Andrew McCullough at Brindley / Sullivan. Our friends recommended us to Andrew and we were very glad they did. We had him handle all of our estate planning all at once (will, trust, advance health directive, power of attorney, etc) and it was such a smooth experience. We also had him do an Asset Protection Trust and we couldn’t be happier with how thorough and knowledgeable Andrew was. His ability to customize all of our documents for what we wanted and his ability to explain it, were both amazing. Just a great experience overall. If you want someone to do your estate planning right, I highly recommend!

I don’t believe any of these reviews. These people leaving their positive reviews just don’t know they are being had. And these attorneys know that. Andrew and Sean are totally incompetent. Andrew says one thing then Sean says something totally different. The whole time you are being billed. In the office we watch them screen calls in front of us. So when we call and hear they are not available. We know they really are available and just pretend to be busy. Then you have to wait a week to hear back from the original date they said they would call you by. Which is basically case abandonment. They also supposedly lost a very large sum of money. Then we had to locate it. The excuse was it was still in account from the last fiduciary. Trust me when I say this is only the half of it. These guys gave us a real special treatment. Either that or they are really just incompetent. One more thing prepare to be over charged for these guys wasting time. They make thing seem harder then they actually are. So go here if you want to deal with attorneys that have a “Higher power above complex”. These are the guys for you!

Brindley-Sullivan are the most trusted place/people I have ever found. I have been going there for almost 5 years and I am very comfortable with them. Their fees are excellent. They do their job 110% ! I don’t think I’ll try to compare because I am very sastisfied with their work. I guarantee that you shouldn’t have any problem with Brindley Sullivan. They are the best.

I used them when both my parents died within a few months of each other and I needed estate help. They were wonderful and they helped me through this difficult time and the multitude of paperwork that had to be filled out. I would highly recommend them!

My husband and I were fighting for custody of my two stepsons and couldn't afford an attorney, so we went to a free legal aid place in St George. There, they helped get us a pro bono attorney, who was Brent Brindley. Worst decision ever. He did what was needed paperwork wise, but when it came to showing up at court, he told my husband that he (my husband) didn't need to go to a set court date because he (Brindley) was going to go. Then, he didn't even bother to show up on our behalf, so my husband's ex-wife won custody. My husband has a lot of tattoos and we have a good feeling that that might have had something to do with him purposely sabotaging the custody battle. If he didn't want to help us, he should have said something to us from the get go, but leading us to believe he was fighting for us and then being the reason we lost custody was devastating. I would discourage anyone and everyone from retaining him as their lawyer- free or not!
