In a matter of two days I received will, power of attorney and trust documents. Unbelievably quick and efficient service that I didn't know was possible. Sam expedited service due to personal needs. We went to Sam shortly after my mom died to sort out what needed to be done after a family member contested my mom's will. When we first sat down with him and he explained the process. The case was complex, but he made it very simple for us to understand. He was always professional, easy to talk too, always took our calls and would call us back personally if he wasn't available. He's very diverse in estate planning and files all the paperwork very quickly and thoroughly.

After the first court hearing he talked to the other attorney to see if we could avoid a lengthy process and was instrumental in getting the family member to drop the case, thus avoiding future court hearings, fee's and added stress. He wasn't like the big law firms and drag it out for more money and he always does what is right for the best interests of his clients. even if it means he gets paid less. Sam definitely is passionate about his job. I would recommend him if you need a great lawyer that understands estate planning, other services. When my wife's step-mother died suddenly in Henderson, NV while moving from Arizona to Pahrump, NV, and we found out she had named my wife as her estate executor, I helped my wife find a competent and caring attorney in Las Vegas, Sam Marshall. We live in Southern California, so it was a complicated, multi-state settlement. To make matters worse there was unsettled business that needed "settling" because the Last Will and Testament was trumped by accounts that had Payable on Death beneficiaries. It is hard enough coping with a death in the family, but when the dust settles, the claws come out and everybody is suddenly filled with greed. That's just the reality of the matter. Mr. Marshall is an amazing person and outstanding estate attorney.
