Hate to offer a poor review my mother always told me if you cant say something good keep your mouth shut. I understand this is a busy law firm.
I saw your replys back to other reviews stating the the lawyer has been in court all week. In my opinion that's not a very good excuse. Hire more people to at the very least call the potential customers back and explain it may be a few days till the lawyer can get back to you and offer his consultation.
I just dont understand how you can spend money on advertising and then not call anyone back. I left a voice message and a text message over five days ago. There is a saying for that also. You are stepping over dollars to pick up pennys.

So so, for a malpractice attorney. Hope to find something much better. Was told I would receive a phone call, and never did. Had to call back repeatedly. Never was able to reach her attorney. They have me on hold for very long time. Not my type of attorney.

I went on their website and requested a consultation. On Thursday morning I received a call from Ana Hernandez saying she was calling from Martinez law office with a caller ID different from the call back number she gave me. I called that number and the guy said it's a wrong number and he gets these calls all the time.

I then listened to the message and got the number she told me and I called that. On the first call the woman said there was no one there by that name. i checked the number and called again, this time I was transferred to Ms. Hernandez. I spent half an hour explaining my situation, she said she would consult Mr. Martinez and call me back on Monday (yesterday). No one called back yesterday. So this morning I call and ask for Ms. Hernandez and the woman on the phone tells me I have the wrong number and keeps interrupting me and telling me I made a mistake.

I called from my cellphone so I have the record of the calls I made and I always called the right phone number. I don't know what kind of retards they hire but I wouldn't trust these people with flushing my toilet.
