The bad reviews couldn't be more wrong. We have received nothing but professionalism from Mark and his staff. He has shown us kindness and compassion with our case and his knowledge of the law is extensive. He is thorough and straightforward and has shown that he is willing to go the extra mile literally.

5 minutes into my initial conversation with Mark I was asked if I was a control freak! I said no I’m a leader and I’m taking control of the situation! What a chauvinistic remark! I am a professional in my trade and I speak as such! He knew I was going through a divorce which is traumatic enough! He has his dutiful wife at home as he certainly has a thing against professional women that wouldn’t bow in his presence!

After three weeks of providing background information for my case, all of a sudden they are refunding my money due to a conflict of interest Very interesting because Mark knew all of the players at our first meeting and there was NOT a conflict at our consultation. Would not recommend this law firm unless you are willing to go through psychological stress then get dropped.

We received poor service from Mr. Sippel. Save your $250 and don't waste your time going to him for estate/probate stuff, unless it’s worth lots of $$$. We are from Cali and a relative of ours from AZ recently passed away. Sippel declined to take our case because the estate wasn’t worth at least 500k. He was also rude and impatient during our consult that lasted only 30 minuets but still cost us $250.

Picture small town, faith-based country doctor or lawyer. The practice is not so big that you feel like just another case, Mark and his team, especially Dawn are kind, professional and thorough. Mark is caring, humorous, and attentive. Responds best after initial consult via email and in a timely manner.
