Do not trust the firm, they are scammers. Senior citizens get a good attorney to help you fight them. They will not even tell you what is owed, Prime Management Company seems to be in bed with them on this. Who will not tell you what you need to pay to settle up your 79 year old Dad's account. Needless to say, take the time to file an Ethical complaint with the State of Nevada Bar Association as well as check the history on this company. Senior citizens being taken advantage of is the lowest of the low in my book. Beware and document!

We had an architectural mediation with our lawyer, a mediator lawyer and Nicole Guralny who was there to represent John Leach. We made an agreement. They said they would get us a signed agreement by the end of the month. Not only did they not get us the agreement the HOA they are representing said an agreement never happened!!?!?! This shows this law firm and the HOA were acting in completely BAD faith and lied to our faces that we were coming to an agreement. I would never trust John Leach, Nicole Guralny or anyone from this law firm. They are horrible and we will be filing a complaint with the Lawyers board and a lawsuit.

My HOA used them as a debt collector for late fees. They are horrible in a sense... they held a check I sent to satisfy a debt and held the check for about a month before cashing. They cashed a check that was dated for late November and cashed it 5 days before Christmas. Why did they wait 30 days to cash a check that was due at the end of November. I dont make a lot of money as a disabled veteran and trying to maintain a job and these debt collectors are just wild in Nevada.

Have been working with two attorneys at this firm for over six months to resolve a simple issue. My elderly parents were fined by their HOA and diligently made 12 timely payments as outlined in an agreement with Leach Kern Gruchow Anderson & Song, from 9/2017 thru 8/2018. The question was, "is this fine now paid in full"? I have been working with Maeve Batemon and Aracelli Cuevas for over six months of get an answer. My parents' account shows nearly $1,800 missing/not credited to their account. The Community Manager and this law firm point the finger at each other claiming neither has access to the "ledger" that would reflect payments made. And now, this law firm is charging additional fees for non-payment. This situation has caused undue hardship and stress for my 88 and 90-year old parents. And no one at this firm, has demonstrated any willingness to resolve this situation.

This firm and their two associates, Mareve and Aracelli are classic examples of why the general public has such a distrust of the law profession.

A bad job for a great discount never ever beat a great job that cost me much more. C.H. created important documents and just about rewrote our HOA Architectural Guidelines. Her advice on the CD issues were nothing but helpful. You know people, one can ask what the hourly rate is ask what the approximate time that might be spent on an issue. If you are on a shoestring budget, you better ask.

Hoa taking your money is one thing, taking your money and treating you like your some pos is another. Great job this is what they went to school for stealing money and adding all these fees that go in there pockets. I never knew why people hated lawyers so much but now I can see. Great workers here all around lol.

This place has provide the worst customer service I have ever experience in my entire life! Everyone there from the actual “lawyers” to the receptionist, are rude and unhelpful! It’s a real fight to talk to any one who get you real and helpful information! Terrible service!

John Leach has been very helpful to two HOAs in communities I live in and I would definitely recommend him if you are on the right side of things in an HOA situation.
