first time was a breeze, paid the $50 fee got my ticket reduced however the 2nd time i paid the fee, they mailed a letter explaining that it got reduced and i’d only have to pay $198, tried making the payment & the justice court said it was $298 instead which i called the office and spoke to a woman named sherrie L. martin and she was absolutely worthless. how is fair that they made a mistake and now i have to pay the reprocussions of it as if i’m made out of money. i saved enough money just to PAY the $198 now they said it was error and now i have i have warrant out for my arrest bc the payment is made past the due date. it’s unbelievable how this woman handled my phone call, she hung up on me while i was speaking, no manners, no customer service skills whatsoever. i even recommended my friends to this place being that the first time i was so very happy with the result, they make a mistake the 2nd time which i can understand but no apology no nothing, just made it seem like it was my fault i wasn’t aware it was a mistake. never coming back here again. sherrie martin is complete garbage and i will gladly take my business elsewhere which seems like they really need by how disgusting their little building unit is. trash.

My mom has done business with Dan WInder for over 25 years from what she has told me and I got rave reviews from her for the outstanding legal advice and actual court appearances from Dan. My mom referred my Aunt, who is a Dr in Illinois to Dans office in January 2018 in reference to her disabled son who lives here in Vegas and who has gotten into some legal trouble. My Aunt paid Dans office a considerable retainer for a misdemeanor offense. If it wasnt for my Aunt following up and keeping tabs on the Las Vegas/Clark County court websites, my cousin would have missed the first court date because Dans office said nothing had been filed. Keeping tabs on whether a client has had charges filed is the Lawyers job and thats what my Aunt paid for but didnt receive. ALso during the past 8 months, my Aunt has placed repeated phone calls to Dans office and rarely got a returned call from Dans associates. This situation has been embarrassing for my mom because she rated Dans services so highly when she referred him to my Aunt. My mom is still advocating for Mr WInder and says the problem has to be the support staff that he has working for him that have been lackadaisical and sub standard, not him. That may be true, but the end result is still an unhappy client. if this situation only happened one or 2 times I wouldnt even be tripping, but my Aunt has contacted us many times over the course of 8 months with the same complaints of non-communication, rudeness and not keeping on top of the legal problem that could end my cousin up in jail. My Aunt shouldnt have to be tracking down court dates and info by herself using the court websites, as she paid good money for Dans office to take care of that for her. We are not happy.

Contacted this office for a friend of mine that was arrested in NV. Fugitive on the run case out of state. Asked this office if they can help him since the case was almost ten years old. Said yes they can help him right from NV Took a retainer deposit. Did not show up for the first court hearing. My friend was extradited. They stated they contacted the out of state prosecuting attorney and was waiting for a call back. I called the prosecuting attorney and was able to speak to her with one phone call who advised me that no one tried to reach out to her. I did my own research and gave Dan Winders office all the information they needed. They could not help my friend and only returned back a portion of my retainer. which they mentioned they didn't even have to do that. Why say you can help with a out of state case it was more then they can handle. Very disappointed and wasted a lot of money for work I was able to do myself.

Before court I told elizabeth that I don't care if the father doesn't pay his child support as long he is watching his children for 2 days and 1 night a week.

Now I am stuck with court order that says, he has to pay $350/month for 2 children with nothing says he has to watch his children 2 days and 1 night.

I do understand why he refuse to watch his children since after the court as he sure find out the order from the court. Do you guys understand it cost me $150 childcare fee for 2 days and 1 night so for 1 month is $600. Is your work make any sense? I pay you guys to screw me over?
