Folks remember just because you are an attorney doesn't mean you know what you are doing. Passing the bar doesn't mean you scored in the top tier, it just means you passed! To change a fee on services when agreed upon in writing, and to make it retroactive should be criminal. Any Attorney who is unwilling to work through a payment on an agreed fee, from a mother with 4 kids and, would take every penny through levied account action and garnishment should be disbarred!
Do not hire her she will change her fees midstream and then withdrawal as the attorney of record and file for judgment. She is being investigated by the Nevada Bar Association. You are a disgrace, to the profession, and lack character and integrity!!! All though you score high on greed!!!
