Social secured lawyers was great they help me get my benefits my disability and I love them for that

I gladly give Social Security Lawyers of Nevada a 5 star rating for their handling of my social security disability claim. I tried three times to file on my own, only to be denied every time! I was still denied after hiring Social Security Lawyers of Nevada, and was made to appear before an administrative law judge… The team was there every step of the way and answered all of my questions. Peter LaPray is a great lawyer and made me fill very comfortable through the very long and drawn out process. I was finally awarded a fully favorable decision! I worked with Martin Muckleroy here locally for all the paperwork and questions that I had. The only thing that I would say I was lacking in my case… Hearing prep! Brian Lunt could have done better at that!

Good news update. The owner of the firm reached out to me and has apologized for one of his Former attys behavior. He has since tried very hard to assist me and has kept in touch to ensure that we get the best result possible. His staff turns out to be very kind, southern hospitality and so different to what I encountered with Atty Lunt. This turns out to be very far from the type of service that one should expect and hope it's an isolated incident. But I have been promised that could never happen again with that atty. Previous post: Upon my arrival. The office was a sweltering 85 degrees. He was not helpful in assisting with my case or paperwork so I walked out before he could even have me sign his retainer. Filed a complaint with the bar as he is surely so superlawyer. In fact he's a super obnoxious idiot who has a hole in the wall office and calls himself an atty.

After 3 years and appealing the entire process, they lost my case. I wanted to take the case to Federal Appeals and was willing to pay UPFRONT, but they don’t to that. They referred me to a lawyer, who rejected my case, and 4 years of effort and a SOLID CASE went down the drain.

I have been on this quest for SSDI benefits since Nov 2014. I consider my case unique and complicated. I finally got approved and the professional services of the Social Security Lawyers, specifically Mr. Martin Muckleroy & Mr. Peter Lepray helped me tremendously. This team really takes the time out to go through your records and argue the strengths of your case. I felt like they were treating my case like it was their own. I cant guarantee anyone that you will win your case based on my recommendation of using this office. However, I can guarantee you that chances of winning your case with Mr. Martin Muckleroy (with the help of Mr. Peter Lepray) is better than using any other SSDI /SSI lawyer in the Las Vegas Valley.

This was my first time dealing with Social Security and the guys here did an excellent job of walking me through the process.

They were extremely efficient and extremely effective in handling my case and very friendly they also kept me informed every step of the way i would recommend them and ONLY THEM for me or my family or anyone i know i refer to social security lawers of nevada and they are honest they recived a check and returned it back to me because they had already been payed sent me a cashier's check for the amount and expressed it to me these guys are the ABSOLUTE BEST EVER !!!!

Before coming to this office I had an attorney that came highly recommended and were actually substandard. Not the case with Social Security Lawyers of Nevada. I was originally assigned to Lindsay, but ended up corresponding with Shelley(I think) and Rachel primarily. Both were friendly and fast at returning calls. I never felt as though I was not a priority to them.
As for Martin Muckleroy...this guy is an incredible attorney! Before my hearing he made me feel comfortable and confident in his ability to successfully prove my case. I only wish I had contacted this office when I originally filed.
If you are disabled and seeking legal assistance, this is where I’d direct you. If they give your case HALF of the attention they gave mine....you’ll be happy!

I have a complex medical case and was denied disability. I had an attorney who didn’t understand my rare disease and couldn’t explain it to SSA. I am so happy that Martin Muckleroy and Peter LaPray of Social Security Lawyers of Nevada took on my case. They and their whole team have worked so hard for me. My previous attorney had a lavish office and lots of minions, but no one knew who I was when I called to check on my case. The attorney made some major mistakes that really hurt my case. This is not the best decorated office in the highest rent district. It is comfortable with easy freeway and wheelchair access and most importantly, what this office DOES have is two of the hardest working disability attorneys of all time! Their main office is located in Texas, so much of the behind the scenes stuff is handled there; but anytime I have a question their amazing staff know who I am and where my case stands off the top of their head. The attorneys are always available by phone or return calls promptly. Martin and Peter are dedicated to helping people and I can’t thank them enough for working so hard for me.

SS had intimidated me terribly about the strength of my case but one trip to this office made it all go away. The lawyer introduced himself personally, and listened to my description of my situation, identified immediately the strong point of the case to focus on, explained how he would use it to win, and accepted me as a client. There was no para-legal or staff running interference, the lawyer dealt with me throughout from start to finish and couldn't have been more courteous or professional. I feel very confidant in this firm and am now looking forward to, instead of dreading, my day in court!
