Called regarding setting a 30 min consultation, after hearing that,he asked what what we're my questions and answered honestly and genuine,he also told me sorry for my loss of father,didn't have to make appointment after because he was very kind to answer 3-4 questions, ,I really appreciate him being honest ,genuine ,and really seeming to care ,I will always remember this call to gim,and recommend him to others, thanks Mark for returning my call,and mind denying making a apt just for 3-4 questions

Mark Sippel has been working on an “Estate” situation for my sister and I. He has been more than professional throughout this whole process. He is determined and very knowledgeable about the Rule of Law. He has followed through with everything that has been involved with this case in a timely and professional way. He is easy to talk to. He listens, without judgement, accessing what we ask and gives us straight answers.
I would recommend Mark Sippel to anyone. You will not be disappointed. The staff is nice, they are friendly and always willing to help in anyway they can.
These people are nasty, super nasty. I thought I was calling the local PD when I mistakenly dialed the wrong phone number and was actually calling Sippel Law. (their phone numbers are only one digit different)
The person who answered the phone at Sippel Law was very rude. I said, "I am calling to report a radical driver." She responded, " We don't handle criminal cases." I told her, "Put the watch commander on the phone." She just put me on hold (she knows I dialed the wrong number and I am trying to call the local PD).
After ten minutes on hold, I realized, I was not on hold with someone at the local PD, rather, I was on hold with someone at Sippel Law - who is gaming me on hold - and I had dialed the wrong phone number.
I believe, she thought she could game me and there would be nothing I could do about it - pathetic. Apparently, she is suffering from a severe case of narcissism and gaming people is her source of narcissistic supply.
It's truly shocking of how rude and inconsiderate people are here in Kingman. If you cannot answer the phone in a professional manner and then choose to game the caller, you obviously lack in common decency and are probably extremely narcissistic.

This review is not an old post - it was posted just a few months ago, on July 12, 2017, and your response is incoherent (was told he called Waters). Mr. Sippel claims are just more of the same (more deflection). Mr. Sippel is having a very hard time dealing with the truth - it seems to escape him all the time.
Now, Mr. Sippel has a whole new set of excuses, much different than his first response. He now claims that it was a temporary receptionist that is at fault (I seriously doubt his new story - no temp could be that nasty and get a job). That's funny, in his first response he claimed it was due to a bad phone system and misc. Which is it?
Now he asks, why would I stay on hold? Because the receptionist led me to believe that she was going to put the Watch Commander on the phone, that's what's beyond belief. When a person has multiple stories or changing stories, it usually means they are not honest.
Mr. Sippel's first response:
"It is difficult to address problems and people who were not even clients of the firm -- calling because our phone number was similar to the police department -- It is even worse in the midst of power outages and phone systems that someone was lost on hold -- and was told we cannot help them--I am sorry for Mr. Ken C but there is little we can do, and it has no bearing on how we treat our clients."
All of Mr. Sippel's excuses listed above have failed to address the issue at hand, and all he can do is deflect from the subject and deflect from the truth - absolutely pathetic.

I had a consultation with Mr. Sippel regarding a deceased relatives estate and I was very disappointed with his services. I needed to petition for probate but he declined to take my case because the estate wasn't worth lots of money. I was willing to pay him a retainer fee 4K-15k depending on the depths of the case but clearly he only wants rich clients with valuable estates. The $250 consult fee I paid him was a waste of money only to be told that smaller estates are not worth his time (his words not mine). I saw him for a total of 30 minutes tops. I left his office feeling upset and frustrated, I really expected a lot more from him.
