Great law firm, but employee Diane is the worst person I've ever had to deal with!

I was referred to Child & Jacksons and although I didn't end up needing representation they were still very friendly and helpful in guiding me in the right direction. If I ever do end up needing representation in the future I will be calling this office.

Terrible at communication! Lies to you! Never calls you back... awful experience

My case took a year in a half to settle, all communication was done through email didn’t even meet the attorney that I was dealing with my case. My settlement was split 3 ways. I feel like my medical bills should have been paid off top instead of coming out of my settlement. I know people that received more then I did with Settling in 6 months. I feel like nothing was really explained to me in terms to where I would understand. The chiropractor and the attorney works together they got 4300$ just to crack my neck and back for 3 min. I got charged 2300$ for an MRI and when I called the MRI place and asked how much it would cost out of pocket they told me 1500$. I was over charged in every way the only proof I have that I know is 100 percent trust is my Medi Cal bill. I received a Phony spread sheet that I could have created myself which takes 5 mins to create with the companies letter head and they called it a memo Disbursement copy of Expenses lol such a joke and it took them 1 week to produce that. So not pleased with this companies services. Beware I would never use them or refer them to anyone if my life depended on it.
