Horrible. As another reviewer said, if I could give zero stars, I would—one star not only inaccurate; it’s too generous.
Jesse Sainz and his practice are unbelievably unprofessional in just about every way you can imagine. Our paperwork was regularly misplaced, appointments were continually cancelled, and Jesse’s attitude is rude, aggressive, and disrespectful. He doesn’t honor people’s time, money, or, in my opinion, humanity.
My heart really breaks for any undocumented person who feels they need to rely on him for legal aid. I genuinely feel that Jesse would not (and could not) get away with treating American citizens the way that he does his undocumented clients. In our dealings with him, he was regularly belittling & antagonistic. Initially I thought he was taking on a role that he felt we needed to prepare us for interacting with government officials, but really he was just getting off on flexing his weird superiority complex.
After I abruptly ended our last meeting, we still needed to tie up loose ends and were scheduled for an appointment that, unsurprisingly, needed to be rescheduled (by them, at the last minute). We showed up early for our meeting at the scheduled time. Once in the office, Jesse, his receptionist, and his niece proceeded to search for our file. He told us he couldn’t find it. My husband expressed that he was getting frustrated and Jesse immediately retorted, “Well, then maybe you should go somewhere else”. We were happy to. When I suggested they use our scheduled meeting time to look for the file that we could then take, Jesse sternly said NO. Fine by me. We left and he called about 10 minutes later saying the file had been found.
If you can avoid this office, stay far, far away. I’m a born and bred American with Mexican heritage and I think this fool is a coconut in the worst way—he’s preying on a marginalized community for their hard-earned money, all while disrespecting them. On a personal note, Jesse, button your damn shirt up—ain’t nobody trying to check out your white chest hair and cheap gold chain all tangled up in that mess.

If I could give negative stars I would in a heartbeat. JESSE SAINZ IS NO HELP AND A LIAR! He has stolen money from my family over $4,000 and to top it off to give paper work to him he will meet you at a damn super market. THAT IS NOT PROFESSIONAL. He is also very rude, and will not help you let me tell you that save your money and your time and find someone else. HE HAS SCAMMED SO MANY PEOPLE. Takes money from you and than when it comes to your court day sends someone else to appear for you.
