Competent , compassionate and professional

Be there at 7am!!! They ONLY take 10 or less clients per day. There are easily 20 people there by 8am when they open. If you aren't there early, don't waste your time! Parking is ok, there's a lot across the street where you pay a machine for a ticket to put on your dash. That's the easiest place to park. Cheaper there are some spots on the street that are not metered for free and some that are metered for quarters. The maximum you can use a meter for is 2 or 4 hours( I can't remember which), so keep that in mind when doing your consult.

A very aggressive man called me back and was asking me very personal questions without explaining why or identifying himself so I had to ask his name turns out he was one of the lawyers and explained that they would look at my case and if I did not have the potential to win they would not help me. He was so aggressive and rude that I said, "No thanks!" I won my appeal without a lawyer by just providing documents from my cancer doctors. I am glad these jerks did not get a dime from me with how they approached me over the phone.

The manager Vickey is very rude, condescending, and when I asked where I can leave a review because she started talking to me in a rude demeanor she stated that I couldn't. After I raised my voice she gave me the name Gerry Smith with whom she said I can write a complaint and send it to her office. Very unprofessional I rather be homeless then to have to deal with her attitude! This office should hire someone who doesn't have a stick up their butt! And if she doesn't like her job she should quit not be rude to everyone waking in the door!

If you are out of their League they will string you along and proclaim they will help you. Then they will never go an extra yard and will sweet talk you until you inform them you will be contacting BAR. Then they they say you are too demanding. If you don't live in Sacramento, and have a complex case forget about it. You need to walk in on them. The reason being that for every case they retain they get tax write offs and state funding. Another thing they do is say they will retain you if you meet certain requirements. When you meet them. Then they change them again. Go to them if your landlord heats the house with BBQ tanks of gas. Otherwise, they will not mix it up with big government entities or private companies.
