I contacted Roland Tong after a bad experience with another patent attorney. I was always being put on hold by the previous attorney, and my patents kept getting pushed off for "customers with more urgent patent issues". This ended up costing me more money and more time.
Once I contacted Roland he made it a priority to help me get my patents filed quickly and professionally. The patents were well written and well thought out. I even had him revive a patent for me that my previous attorney let go to an abandoned status.
