Avoided getting a lawyer for 2 years. Dumbest thing I could have done, don't make the mistake. I finally got fed up after my second shoulder surgery didn't fix my issue. Long story short, because I was leaving all my care up to the insurance company I was not getting my physical therapy in timely manner or enough of it. My shoulder has considerable scar tissue now and I am hoping my new Dr can fix it, this has been a nightmare. My gut told me not to trust the insurance company, but to be honest I was not all that trusting of lawyers either.
