Once I choose her, I understand why her rating is so high. They literally took care of everything! Only thing I did was sent them an email of my hospital receipts and signed documents. They were super professional and quick. They always kept me updated on what's going on with the case. Anh Phoong represented me in a personal injury case, she was a tiger fighting to me enough money to pay all of my medical bills. The insurance company kept offering offensively low settlements and she never stopped advocating for me.

After months of dealing with insurance companies denying a claim that I was the victim of, we just won our full judgement this morning. Ann Phoong Law Corp deserves a lot more than just 5 stars. I'm so thankful for the time they put into helping me after my car accident. Without them, I would be in a fat mess. Jamie did an amazing job at updating me every week on the status of my hospital bills and all the information given from the insurance company. I also learned a lot about what was going on instead of being left out and hoping for the best. I genuinely felt included and cared for.

In regards to any cons, the only thing I can think of (which wasn't the law firm's fault because they were very persistent) was that we had to wait for a response from the hospital in order for the settlement to finish. That's the only thing that kept dragging on and seemed like it took forever, but once it was complete it was such a relief. From the beginning of when my car accident happened, up until the finalization of the settlement, it was a total of 7 months. So it wasn't all that bad. They took care of it as quick as they could.

They helped me settle my daughters and my case in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them if you have an auto injury. They will take good care of you!

This office is amazing!
I was in a car accident, hit by an uninsured and unlicensed driver. I have always been told not to call a lawyer off of television, but I was desperate! I chose Phoong Law, based on her commercial. I am so thankful I did!
It's been some time now, but not on the fault of the office. I first spoke with Anh, (who I originally met and was welcomed by). She's as sweet as she looks on TV, but I can tell she could be fierce if needed.....,and her colleagues are wonderful, I was glad I went against other's advice, to say the least.
Over the course of a few months, I mainly worked with Amy. She was always courteous and kind. If ever I had a question, she was quick to either answer it, or let me know she'd find out, (which she always came back with my answer).
Then I started working with Anthony, the lawyer officially handling my case. He is so nice, and really wants the best for me. Not just the firm, but he also has my best interests at heart. He too responds quickly and with no judgement, regardless of how petty my issue may be.
Although we're close to wrapping up my lawsuit, there are still some issues with my insurance company that is causing it to drag out. This didn't stop Anthony from going out of his way to help me. He gave me an advance on my settlement so I could bury my stepdad! How amazing is that?
This is my first experience with lawyers, and maybe some of the things I praise them for, are things they're supposed to do, I'm not sure.
I do know that if I ever have to "lawyer up", as they say...., Phoong Law is where I'll be calling!
