I am giving 5 stars because of the excellent overall experience provided to me and my mother by Atty. Eddie C. Torres and staff. During the consultation, we felt comfortable asking Atty. Torres questions, he genuinely listens, and he gave us answers that were easy to understand. He went above and beyond in the court by privately talking to both parties first before/during the hearing. It didn’t take too long for the judge to make the orders because Atty. Torres is a great lawyer and negotiator. We were granted 5 year protective order by the Judge because of the legal help/service of Atty. Torres. Also five stars for Natalie for patiently answering all our questions either in person or by phone. Natalie is very thorough/ has great attention to details, and she makes sure all paper works were filled out correctly. She is knowledgeable about our case. Also 5 stars for Bernice at the front desk for always being helpful and friendly. My mother and I are very grateful that we have known Atty. Torres. Thank you very much, Atty. Torres and staff!

I went in for a consultation and i legally got robbed for 100 dollars for 15 mins of time. There is no low payments with this guy. He wants half now and half at the end of the month. I'm so surprised at these ratings...I currently have a claim with this law firm and for the past 2 years ..if I heard from them regarding my case it was because I initiated a call to find out a update on my case . The only time I heard from Eddie was at the initial consultation. which has been disappointing. His staff consistently repeats the exact same response even if months had passed...we are coming up to the statue of limitations for this case... and still no update....

Received a update - Eddie did call me after reading this review (by the way I dont ever respond to reviews) Eddie was very upset and said he was originally going to go to litigation with my case but after reading my review he will not and he will release me to find a new attorney. I was disappointed in this reaction, instead of assisting me he released me, says something about his character. I hope my review helps someone to research for attorneys who care and put their client first...but this is only my experience...

He was pleased with how he was treated, with their attentiveness, and how knowledgeable they are. The attorney is very professional and so is the staff. The fact that they are 100% bilingual is also super helpful. Their friendliness and professionalism, and the fact that their very affordable is worth going back to them.
