I was afraid to put my son's life in the hands or a lawyer and a system that treated him like he was guilty becase of his skin color. It is important for me to tell any mother who has a child that needs to be protected and defended in a system that is not equal to our sons who are not white that your child will have a chance to fight against the very real injustice with this firm. I have never written a review before but we are talking about our children and my son DID NOT become another statistic ONLY because Amanda was willing to fight the system head on, and showed my son so much respect at all times. I feel emotional as I write this because Amanda and her team worked around the clock to defend my son. My son will have a life outside of a cage because of The Moran Law Firm. Period!!!!!

Its a very fun energetic atmosphere and professional. Kimberly the receptionist is very knowledgeable and is very sweet. Pedro the office manager is a little rough around the edges but is professional. Jenae Kinder is an associate who is very caring, knowledgeable and professional. Amanda Moran has been there for me throughout my whole process as she is very caring, passionate about her clients, is fair when it comes to pricing unlike some lawyers in Fresno, shes knowledgeable and professional. She definitely treats her Veterans very well.

THE VERY BEST! I did my homework and interviewed a few of the top lawyers to make sure we hired the very best for my dad. She helped my dad, and our whole family understand what was happening and explained things so we knew what was going on. My dad was shown so much respect and was never treated like a criminal by anyone in her office. She kept fighting for him even when the prosecutor said it was the best deal possible for him, she did not give up. I highly recommend The Moran Law Firm!!!

I interviewed lots of attorneys before hiring Attorney Janay Kinder. Janay even encouraged me to interview other lawyers, which I was surprised with. Janay wasn't trying to force me to sign anything, just trying to help me. She was honest with me, and helped me get a really fair plea deal for my case. At first the prosecutor was trying to send me to prison for years but Janay pushed back hard and I ended up just getting probation. Janay walked me through everything and when I had questions, she was willing to take the time to answer them. I've referred people to Janay and Moran Law Firm. Even the secretary is really sweet. I Recommend Janay Kinder if you need legal help, she is really awesome.

I have NEVER reviewed anyone or anything online before, but I am writing this because we were honestly blown away by Ms. Moran and the people at her firm. She immediately put on her boxing gloves and stood up against the system, she fought to protect our son as if he were her own. She surpassed our expectations, she is smart, dedicated and a force to be reckoned with. I wish I had the right words to use to describe how much this firm helped our son, and our family through this. Having a child in legal trouble is so overwhelming. I write this review so that if someone else finds themselves needing to protect their child, or themselves in a terrifying legal system, they know there is someone who they can put their absolute trust in. Attorney Amanda Moran is an amazing and brilliant lawyer who literally saved my life! Granted this review is biased, as I am an intern for this law firm--still, it cannot be denied that Attorney Kinder did an AMAZING job regarding my son's traffic ticket. He was speeding in excess of 100 mph. This was the first time he has been in any serious trouble. Attorney Kinder was able to negotiate with law enforcement to reduce the targeted speed to 99 mph. The significance of this is that the fine was cut in half; he only received one point on the dmv record, instead of two; and my son was able to attend traffic school to remove the one point--which ensures that his insurance will not be increased!! This was a huge win!! Lastly, Attorney Kinder treated my son with the most sincere respect from beginning to end. I would highly recommend this firm!!

It was a blessing to find his number through google. He handled my juvenile sons case. He and his staff are very knowledgeable, professional and compassionate. Lord forbids we need to obtain counsel again, but I already know whom to call. I recommend this office to everyone.
