I got an email with Halloween events happening in the Bay Area, with GJEL offering a $20 minimum ride-share reimbursement. I went head and signed up, as I planned to use Uber/Lyft Halloween night. Next day, I received an email with instructions to submit for my reimbursement. It was super easy; I uploaded the needed documents and verification screenshots. I received my reimbursement within 24 hours, it was great.

I would definitely keep them in mind for future business!

These folks are great! They ran a campaign to reimburse people (in the Bay Area) for one cab, Lyft, or Uber ride on Memorial Day weekend. This was their way of encouraging people to not drink and drive and to keep people safe. I signed up for it and just got my reimbursement today. What a great campaign! Thank you!

I called in the morning and spok to Meredith who took my information and told me their private investigator would call me back. He did an hour later. I'm appalled at the conversation that I just had with him. He was extremely condescending in the way he spoke to me and barely let me get a word in edge wise. Being that my situation has to do with a car accident and deals with insurance I have to file a personal injury claim before they accept liability. You'd think your lawyer would be the one who helps you deal with that. NO THEY WONT the jerk on the phone tells me we won't do anything until they accept liability. Thanks for nothing.
