I used Gibney Law to obtain a registered trademark for my business. I was very pleased with them as they communicated with me throughout the trademark process and offered to assist with filing the renewals for my registered trademark in the future. There service was also affordable - I would absolutely recommend them to others.

Do not use this group for anything patent related. They claim to be patent attorneys and will take your money as such. They told me they were working on my patent for months but instead had their secretary rewrite the information I gave them and then informed me that they "lost interest" about a week before the day we agreed to submit. After that fiasco and threats to call the Florida bar they suddenly found some interest again only to lead me in the wrong direction so that comments from the USPTO would require further service from them. After informing them I would not be using their firm anymore, the speed at which they filed power of attorney removal was incredibly fast. It was the only thing Jack Gibney's firm did fast.

He adopted a son out for me a few years ago, and I've yet to see him. And this guy Jack give me keeps avoiding me. Hes not trying to help me see my son and this is an open adoption. Hes a horrible person who should be helping not only the family that adopted my child but helping the biological father see his son this is an open adoption. This is a horrible man attorney Jack guiney. Only cares about lining his pockets.
