I didn't have a great experience with U.S Legal. What I didn't like was the fact that I had a personal account with them directly using my Debit Card in file. Yet they went thru the company and decided to take money from my Pay stub too. Like why?? I call them they said call your company which I did and my company said call them. It's a cat and mouse type of game "Does anyone know what their doing"? Uuuhhh wouldn't recommend them to anyone find yourself a better company. So happy I left them wouldn't go back .

I'd recommend the services anytime they've saved my license a few times I appreciate them so much the low cost makes it all the more worthwhile!!!

My license were suspended for FTA because the attorney they provided didn't show up for court...these people are worthless at this company

I got a citation for weight violation in Idaho. The weight was corrected at the spot, nevertheless they fined me. All DOT WS were closed along the way so it was impossible to weight without going off my route. The purpose of LS is to Fight unfair citations. No one contacted me after i sent in the citation w my information . they claimed they didn't have my phone number!
Their answer was that i had to pay the fine and they would reimburse me. So, in other words i am paying the fine and getting reimbursed w my OWN money since WE PAY a monthly fee.! LEGAL SERVICES IS A SCAM!

I had an issue with some former employees of this company. They mixed my name up with another driver long story short, because of that mix up they got me in a bind with another lawyer that wasn’t even mine and he was requesting $350 from me. Those employees would not agree to take care of the fee that stemmed from their mix up but after arguing with them all I could, I put a google review about it and got a call from a woman named Jessica from US Legal. She saw my review and went back and investigated my files... also stated that those employees no longer work there and that she and US Legal has paid the false lawyer the $350! Thank you for reviewing my case and I’m considering letting US Legal cover me again. It’s employees like Jessica that make companies like this great.

I called to simply ask a question, spoke with Alisha, a very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL client service rep who called to get more info than what I had already given the day before. She wanted me to send in a birth certificate and copy of drivers license for our Son but I was the one with the question. This isn’t the first time I’ve been treated rudely either. They need to understand that we pay for these services and have every right to receive what these services allow and need to act accordingly. If it weren’t for us paying into these services there would be no job for them.

Took advantage of legal plan at work. Utilized Family plan for my Divorce and other legal matters, great Attorneys to deal with. Customer service was very helpful and knowledgeable. My family and I are very content with U.S Legal services and will continue to utilize services.

Went to the office to get my concealed weapons permit and I was about 20 minutes early for my appointment. The two ladies took me back for the questionnaire immediately and ran me thru the entire process quickly and very energetically. Very happy with the process. Highly recommend.

BEWARE OF US LEGAL! They have no commitment towards the clients. The attorneys complain that they do not get paid enough, and as per Jessica, “we can cancel your membership at any time for any reason”. What is that supposed to mean? You believe that you are signing a one-year contract only to find out that they can terminate you if you input your concerns. There is a complete lack of loyalty to the client. There are other companies that can serve you better, trust me! By the way, for the truckers, there are cheaper policies out there, and those other places will do a far better job for fighting for their customers.

Will not issue out of network attorney benefit as agreed. I got a ticket and was afraid to send one of their lawyers to court for me so I said give me $200 and I'll pay off an attorney of my choice. I did that and when I asked for my money they came up with excuses. I'm still trying to get my money but I doubt they will give it. They caused huge hassle even if they gave it to me right now still dissatisfied. Maybe I'll up my review a little if they follow through and give me my money.

Got two bullshit tickets. Got assigned to bullshit attorney Kristin Anderson, who got me convicted of both bullshit tickets. Unbelievable!!! Not even one sign of empathy!!!

Instructed her let's go to trial together since she couldn't get either one dismissed. She went to trial BY HERSELF without inviting me, to provide my testimony, and lost on both counts. What a degenerate lawyer.

Do your due diligence and research better companies which got better ratings like OOIDA.

Ripoff! Only want to give you a 30% discount on attorney fees. Also you still have to pay admin fees, filing fees, all fees. Will not assign you an attorney, however, the office staff will give you legal advice and they are not licensed attorneys.

Company did not send me information on using Service. Company did not send me an email about the service and my Code to use the service. I had to dispute charges with my bank. and company still will not refund my money.
