Very nice office and staff

I scheduled a conference call with them. I specifically asked if I needed to call in or if they would call me. I was told they would call me. I never heard from them. Very disappointing and unprofessional. I’m still going to give them a nice rating because they seem to be nice people, but I hope they change their level of professionalism in the future with other potential clients because I found this unacceptable.

David is very approachable. Competent. Listens. Offers his ideas and suggestions. I am very pleased.
