I hired Attorney Johnson in 2014 before I knew this website existed. I want to leave a review for that time when I used his services. I fell down the stairs at work and was bedridden for several weeks. After all the doctor's appointments and private investigations, I started losing my mind about it all. It was overwhelming and I ended up losing my house because I was out of work. The insurance companies were claiming I wasn't injured and it got messy. Attorney Johnson got the private investigating to cease, as well as got me the correct medical treatment. What the insurance companies tried to write off as nothing, Attorney Johnson was able to get me compensation for. I was so very pleased with my case and working with Attorney Johnson, I have rehired him for current car accident case which I will review when it's closed.

Lance Gilbert had zero empathy for my denial for Parkinson's, my condition or any positive outlook. Did not consider anything I had to say and kept quoting SS as if he worked for them. I have a better understanding of listing 11.06 than him, which he had to look up while we spoke. Never offered to help and told me I can appeal for reconsideration myself and wait for a hearing in 2020. All you did was kick somebody when they're down. I would not even give you one star but I have to to make this post.
I see your response after first initially deleting my review. I have been trained in empathy and report in my customer service experience which would be of benefit to you with future free telephone consultations. I have also spoken with another attorney who offered an approach to my appeal reconsideration different from the "you can do the same thing as we can". People shop around for attorneys the same as you would for anything, especially something as important as this.

When I was injured on the job I went looking for the best lawyer possible, and that's exactly what I got. During my consultation he was honest and genuine about what he can and can't do. He also assured me he would do his very best and that's exactly what he did. He stayed in contact with me during the entire time, even on the weekend if need. If he wasn't available due to meetings, I was able to reach out to his staff who was able to answer my questions. His entire staff made me and my daughter feel like family . If I am ever injured again I would not hesitate to call him again. Once finalized the process was quick and smooth. If I could I would definitely give them 10 stars.
