I received an advertisement letter in the mail after I got a traffic citation. I called and hired the attorney, the receptionist told me that I was going to get a letter in the mail after my court date notifying me the decision. Almost a month went by and I never got that letter, I did not receive any call from them to notify my court date or anything about my case either. I had to look up and download the decision by myself on the clerk’s website. If you’re looking for an attorney who keeps you posted about your case, this is definitely not a good option.

I was recently arrested and charged with possession of controlled substance and paraphernalia. A felont and misdemeanor pretty much. I was mostly expecting to get the felony dropped to a misdemeanor, probation and witheld ajudication. Instead, Jonathan helped to completely get the case dropped. I would like to start by saying this is the first online review I've ever done, but I felt like I should share my experience. I called the office for my boyfriend, who recently got a traffic violation. All of his information was pulled up by the receptionist. She told me that mr Rowe would be calling him back that evening to talk about the process and go over details of his violation and what would need to be done to get it taken care of. This was on a Tuesday, we never got a call back...Friday came around and I ended up calling again to say he never called and we were concerned about making sure that all of this got taken care of. She was nice about everything and said he's usually good about returning calls and that we should "expect a phone call from him shortly". Unfortunately, we have yet to get a call back. To me, that is just unprofessional. We will be looking elsewhere for a lawyer that wants our business, since obviously he doesn't.

I got this advertisement in the mail to call Jonathan Rowe because I was recently issued a traffic ticket. It advertised a free consultation and so I called and spoke to his office admin who spent 15 minutes pulling up my ticket info , just to say great I have it and Mr. Rowe will call you back within the hour.
She called me back fifteen minutes later to tell me that it would be 100.00 and the lawyers goal would be to get it reduced. She would not let me talk and was in a rush to ask if I was ready to make the arrangement for payment. I said , I have some questions can I speak to the attorney and she said well, he does not usually do phone consultations. I was like, Why did you take my number and tell me he would call me back , just to waste my time. I said No Thank you if he does not have the time to talk to me, I will not invest any of my money with this guy. Be careful , this office has horrible customer service and the attorney is very unprofessional!

Had a power hungry cop illegally tackle me in my driveway over a sound violation. I was tackled without being verbally detained or even told about the sound violation. I called the cell number listed on his website and talked to him about it for well over an hour. He told me he could get it dropped and he did. I didn't even have to show up to court. Hopefully I won't need him again but if I do I won't hesitate to call him. Highly recommend

Mr. Rowe's office staff was amazing, efficent, courtious and quick to respond. Mr. Rowe understude the situation and had great rapour with the Judge the Judge's staff.

Horrible, he didn’t make a smart decision on defending my case. I still recieved judication. It got even worse. I received a letter with 2 documents. One stating to take an eight hour driving school, and one stating that I needed to take an ADI. I was confused on which to take, I called and asked, they had no idea which one I was supposed to take, he said take the 8 hour. I had to call the clerk of court, to later find out I had to take the ADI which is a 12 hour coarse, along with paying more money. I would say there was lots of confusion. Not a clear confident result using this lawyer.

I will most definitely recommend this lawyer to anyone who is in need of an attorney. He handled and got rid of my case. He knows what he is doing.

This man has been getting me out of traffic court or having to watch silly traffic school videos for over a decade now.

I figured ONE star because he at least showed up. Paid over $500 for him to represent me for a street racing citation. Every time he showed up, he was late and looked hung over. Made ZERO motions on my behalf, and when the judge even had issues with the officer's story, Mr. Rowe wasn't aggressive at all. Wound up losing the case, having to pay fines, AND losing my license for a year. STAY AWAY and get a different attorney!!!

Hired Mr. Rowe to attempt to dismiss my $116.00 speeding ticket as it was my 2nd one in a 12 month period and therefore I couldn't do traffic school to remove the points. I understood his warranty. However, there was no contact from the moment I made the payment to his firm by phone until I received a letter with grammatical errors by mail indicating only that the judge found me guilty and that I would have to pay court costs in the amount of the ticket. No mention of my points, at all. I placed a call to the office and the staff was defensive explaining why I had been found guilty, instead of explaining or apologizing that their letter didn't better detail that. I'm essence, I paid them $100.00 for nothing as not only do I have to pay the ticket, but will have the points on my license and an unpleasant experience of dealing with his staff.
