Disrespectful rude and unprofessional

I called looking for a consultation and the gentleman on the phone was very pleasant, knowledgable, and helpful. Although he wasn't able to help in my particular case, he pointed me in the right direction. He did not seem to mind my calling 10 minutes before they close. If they handle potential clients like this, I can only image what attention and care they. use when they handle their cases.

Robert Peters filed and completed a Quiet Title Action for us on a Tax Deed property this year. Quiet Title actions can drag out longer than necessary unless your attorney is well versed in Quiet Title actions and is really on top of the service and response/default timelines. Robert and his Paralegal, Michelle did a great job of meeting the servicing challenges that cropped up in our case and of pushing the bank we served to respond within the allotted time. If left up to the bank, they would have dragged out their response for months. Because Robert understands the process and the law, the bank was not permitted to tie up or drag out the process. Mr Peters helped with 2 creditor harassment issues I had. One was from a cable box that was turned in to Comcast and was somehow still sent to collections. By the time I knew it, it was handed over to a collector that would call at all hours of the day & night. Ugh. The other was getting my credit score back to where it should be. Sceptic to Believer
I was as sceptical as anyone could be at the beginning of this process, this was something I never thought I'd be doing in my lifetime. My ex-wife retained Mr. Peters so I was suspicious from the start. I was quick to criticize, always looking for something to go wrong. Whenver their was a communication break down I was quick to blame Mr. Peters/staff. I soon learned that the communication breakdowns were the fault of myself or my wife. Through the entire process Mr. Peters/staff gave us sound advice, advocating honesty and being above board with all possibilities. Three months and ten days after the initial filing we received our bankruptcy discharge. I was amazed!! Apart from procurring the needed information and documentation at the beginning of the process this was absolutely painless and stress free. Mr. Peters put us at ease when seated before the bankruptcy trustee, I kept expecting bad news around every corner but it just didn't happen. I would highly recommend Mr. Peters firm to anyone and would utilize his services anytime that I might need such in the future.
