Can not be trusted. Got in an accident had to get stiches. I wanted to inquire about the status of my case and how much where they fighting to settle, they said they couldn't tell me. Never keep in contact and still waiting for payment after them saying I got to wait for a check to be sent UPS from the insurance company over a week ago. Almost 6 months and I have to contact them.

This was my first experience with an attorney. I was in a horrible car accident. Miranda Morgan and her team made everything as stress free as possible in such a tough situation. I was kept informed throughout the entire process. She helped me find a physical therapist, she kept me informed of the case. The only thing I had to do was simply fill out the paper work during my first visit. I was able to really focus on my recovery instead of worrying about my case. Her and I correlated and corresponded everything over the phone. Meeting her in person was when I received my check. Her personality through email and phone call came a reality. Miranda in the Brunswick office was fantastic to work with. I fell in a restaurant, my injuries weren't terrible, but I needed medical care. I tried very hard to get the restaurant to work with me, but they just ignored my calls. My health insurance was going to deny every claim; I was so lost as to what I should do.
From the first conversation with Miranda, I felt better. I went through my physical therapy, got better, and she dealt with all the rest. I kept saying throughout that I'd just wanted my bills paid. Thanks to Miranda's work and persistence every bill was paid, and there was a little extra for me.

communication was kept regularly. There were a few times I was led to believe I was going to be helped with an aspect only to be confused when that information was contradicted by another.

I received excellent service from my attorney, Courtney Gilchrist and her assistant, Mercedes DeLorenzo. Throughout the process, I was kept informed. They always answered my questions and inquired about the welfare of my daughter. I believe they worked diligently for my family. I would refer this office.
