Something and I’m just finding out over a year later... That reminded me. In a recent situation I found out they forgot to pay a medical bill and it’s on my credit report, so I called a month ago and spoke to DREW, who is which a horrible human being. He said he was going to call me be back in a few days HE NEVER DID! I remember I had to deal with him when my whole case was being worked, he’s a case manager or paralegal..he would say anything to me like I’m ignorant, and he would speak in a don’t care tone.. his tone came off as OH WELL it is what is.. which I have spoken to him today cause I’m following up about the medical bill which was never paid off and he never called me back to tell me that in a few days as PROMISED I had to call back and find that the medical bill was not payed by Kyle who was helpful and then I ended up speaking to him because someone in the office I was speaking to cold transferred me to him, because if she would have told me that I was being transferred to him I would have declined and would have asked for Kyle because he was very helpful he actually found out that the information I asked about.. so when I spoke to drew today that A-hole spoke in the same tone as a don’t care attitude and said I don’t know if the bookeeping department sent it out or not and said the bookkeeping lady might have forgot... that is so terrible to say to someone that should be upset because the bill never paid.. I can go on all day about the terrible experience I had with this law firm from 2015-2017 with my case, and actually still... from switched lawyers and from me asking to switch because a lawyer didn’t care about my case.. and lack of communication BIG TIME.. would be wondering for months what’s going on and when an email was sent for an update, no response also spoke to Ron Sholes himself at one point I believe back in 2015 or 2016 and he spoke to me like I was stupid because I was young and even in the conversation he pointed out I was young... TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!!!!! I would never recommend this HORRIBLE law firm to anyone!
