After I listen to the Ralph Nader radio hour about the corruption involved with attorneys in our modern era, I learned the field is so corrupt now that it represents corporations more than people although it pretends not to, just got to be some good Attorneys but the reviews like for this place reminds me that I should be very careful on who I choose, what surprised me the most from the Ralph Nader Podcast which had expert attorneys documentation, are the examples of how incompetent modern day lawyers are, when I went to Jury duty I found that out right away, During the process of selecting the Jury the judge had to correct one of the attorneys And spoke to him like he was a little child which of course he was acting like a child because Of his ignorance Of basic law

I was not happy with service I received. Tom actually screamed at me in front of my opposition. I would not recommend his service to anyone I cared about

This place is horrible, after 2 1/2 months I called for a status I kept being lied to they were saying I was going to be called back,I was never called back not one time, I called one last time and I got hung up on then conveniently a week and a half later I was sent a letter saying that they're not taking my case even though the lawyer said he was taking my case and I signed all the paperwork and sent him everything he asked for..., so I called today to find out how I would get information on my case so I can move forward on my own and the lady in the Ocala Florida office was very rude and short with me and hung up on me, I am so sorry I ever came into contace with this firm, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Only use if you want to lose. Will talk a good game but provides nothing.

Speechless! Gathered all of the documentation that the paralegal told to get and nothing was done. I paid a retainer of 1300 dollars. Finally my ex got both of my tax returns. Stressed out and frustrated to the next level. My ex is so happy with all of her fraud that she not even letting me see my child anymore.

Would give it a negative star if it was available. Thomas G is beyond disrespectful, unprofessional, and a horrible person to interact with. He shouldn't be a lawyer, let alone allowed to interact with other people. I would never recommend him to anyone.

Thomas G. is nothing but a f***ing prick, lying, son of a b***h. Very unprofessional!!! Well not recommend anybody to this lawfirm. Taking him to the board!!!!

These people are not professional. They had my personal injury case for two years. and it's still not completed. Due to people quieting or being fired. there is always someone new on my case and each time i have to call several times in order to get the same answer. So there is a new person on my case by the name of Jill which she has no clue and she will lie as well as the front office person as well. I have used this firm in the fast and was always treated well and with respect. these people have no respect for other people and people time.

I constantly had to call/email to even get a response. They want more and more money. The flat rate is a joke! I have paid over $7,000 and still have court. Now they want another $2,000! Once, they filed in the wrong court and the judge could not modify the order and by the time we figured that out to much time elapsed to file in the right court to even get a modification. Another time, I showed for court and had to tell MY ATTORNEY that court wasn't even scheduled for that day. All they will do is take advantage of you.

I would highly recommend this law firm. I hired this law firm for my child custody case, because I barely had any parental time sharing and it seemed like I had less than 20%. However, our journey in my case began in February of 2017. Thomas Gurrola set his expectations and I set mine. Mr. Gurrola was open and straightforward with everything that involved my case. 1. When hiring Mr. Gurrola your hiring not only him but his law firm. Which is a plus! 2. There are many ways a case can be done and there is no wrong way of going about a case to find a resolution. 3. Mr. Gurrola explained to me its important to be reasonable. 4. When told you'll have to go to Mediation that might seem as though it will be a waste of time. (Thoses were my thoughts!) In my case after mediation I found out that it wasn't. Mr. Gurrola was with me at my mediation and gave me more than what we anticipated to have as an outcome by being reasonable. Before meditation I was set on trial and this law firm went to court for every and any modification I had and was represented by Marcile Kyle and one other lawyer who domesticated my judgment. Most importantly the backbone of this law firm during my journey was Tiffany Zilla, one of Mr. Gurrola's hard working and respectable paralegals. I found out the faster I turned in documentations and cooperated the faster things would be back from the courthouse. Throughout this experience and time that involved waiting was waiting on the actual courthouse.

Do not hire Anthony, he is a thief, he ain't do anything, worry your pocket only. He unprofessional and stupid mtfk, dumb mtfk . Do not hire these people, they are not help you. His office by beach blvd. Suck. Suck

As a military member I can say they are the GO TO FIRM!! AFFORDABLE and PROFESSIONAL, the staff answered all questions asked and was able to complete my divorce after 6 previous failed attempts fast and effortlessly. I no longer have to worry about the abusive situation or exploits of being married in the military to force preservation of marriage.

Give it one star because that was the minimum could be given if negative stars could be given I would give a negative stars

The situation I was in need speedy Responce time trying to head off a home sale with my ex wife so it would not cost me a load of money. After meeting with Anthony and giving him a $1200 retainer to write two letters that my ex wife about the sale of the joint property. I was assured a timely manner would be doable.. how ever after 2 mouths and noting was done I called and talked with the head of this Circus business about a refund and this clown offered me 50% of my money back when nothing was done just stay away from these people playing and simple I don't have anything much more to say than the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life as a business owner if I were to treat my customers this way I would not be in business anymore. Lesson learned read the reviews and head them prior to making any decisions about where to spend your money.

Thomas, Lilly and Stacy professional services was extraordinary. Thomas is great at what he does. He makes sure you are prepared for reality instead of telling you what you want to hear for your money. He is very thorough and will fight for you as his client. He has an welcoming ora and allows you as his client to feel comfortable in every step of the way. Stacy and Lilly provide exceptional customer service. Lilly acknowledges you with warmth and make sure your well taken care of and Stacy is very consistent and great at communicating to get your case going. All in all the staff and office is a 5 star. I will recommend their service any chance I can get.

I was late on my payment so they slammed my bank account for the entire amount owed. I am getting divorced, trying to start over, and this really hurt me.

I've dealt with several attorneys but this was by far the absolute worst. When I heard a woman ending her conversation with Thomas Gurrola in tears, I prepared myself for the worst and still managed to also leave in tears. He is pure EVIL and very unhelpful. He literally did NOTHING the entire case. Opposing counsel was harsh and stern, but he's so bad that he left even the strictest attorney pitying me for such horrible representation. (Although they still used that opportunity to demolish me in court:-). He's nothing more than a crook with a degree. Every attorney I spoke with was shocked at the lack of assistance and fee charged to do NOTHING but collect pleadings and refuse to respond or even provide them to me, (as required by law).

He verbally abused me during my divorce case as his assistant andrea could not handle my emails.
Things had changed and my husband losteoporosis his job.
I was brought to tears and cried several days.
He slammed the desk ..screamed and told me to shut up
StOle $2000.....I fired him
First and then he left with my money.
He called my son a piece of s.... twice as,he lived at home.
This was an unbelievable experience .
I have never encountered such abusive.
I plan to get him and his assistant dis barred.
DO NOT USE THIS LAWYER .
