My babysitter got a ticket and the court date was pushed off until September by the police officer, thinking he was doing her a favor. However it’s July and she was not able to start a job at Duke energy until the case was dismissed or taken care of. Gint Krulikas was able to move the court date to July 26, just two days after I spoke with him, and had her case reduce down to improper equipment. We were able to take care of it all before 11 that day. I’m very please with his services. I hope I never need him again, but if I do I will be calling him. Also he was $100 cheaper then another lawyer quoted me.

Could have done way more for me, after speaking with other attorneys after the case closed, there were several options Gint didn’t even bring to my attention. I have nothing but good things to say about The Minick Law Firm. I was referred to Gint Krulikas by a close family member. From the first phone call to the last email, he has handled everything on my behalf... and I know you’re thinking, “That’s what you paid him for.” But, it was much more than that. He took away all of my stress and concern that I had regarding my pending charges.

I was charged with Aggressive Driving along with fault of an accident. It was a minor fender bender where no one was hurt and both parties drove away after dealing with police. Initially I thought I’d be fine, it’s not as if it were criminal court, right? Then I looked up how many points it would add to my license if convicted. The answer is 5!!!! NC is one of the strictest states when it comes to aggressive driving. I immediately lawyered up.

Gint initially thought he could get my charges reduced (meaning my insurance would nott be effected) and I’d pay some court fees. I was please with this. Well... I just found out today that he did WAY better than that. He had all of my charges dismissed! Did you hear me... ALL of them! No court cost. My insurance remains the same and my life goes on as if it never even happened. He did all of this at little to no cost to me. I cannot express to you how grateful I am to him.
