This is by far the worse law firm ever. My cousin been murdered 2 years 1/2 ago. This case has been going on for thus long and they have been giving my aunt the run around. They do not know what they are talking about, every time my aunt would ask for information, they would tell her someone will get back with her and they never do. I recently just talked to him on the phone and he has the worse attitude, he hung up in my face. He is the worse, i recommend you turn back and find someone who has your best interest at heart because he doesn't. DO NOT GET HIM AS A LAWYER YOU WILL REGRET IT. My aunt is firing him today.

I am very thankful for this law firm who took my call when others would not. My case was not an auto injury but an injury sustained by an unleashed dog and the owner who fled. While other firms considered their possible gain, Mr. Van Valkenburgh cared to do the right thing to right a wrong. My medical costs were not of my doing. Attorney Herb Glass and his team acted quickly to get great results. I can not thank this kind group of people enough.

Everything was amazing, great staff, really did everything to make sure that I was taken care of.

In my opinion, they are a bunch of sharks. I went through a referral system online , and they called me repeatedly until I finally decided to call them back. I explained my situation and they quickly sent me electronic retainer forms to sign, which I did. Then I was asked to go do their work for them, (go take pictures of accident scene) which I did. Throughout that time I noticed that they charged “40%” instead of the normal 33% that most accident attorneys charge. 40% is almost half of any settlement. So beware. After I went and spent 3 hours taking pictures, I called the law firm for an email to send the pics, and I was told they couldn’t move forward with the case. No reason, no explanation. All the facts were put up front from the first conversation before I signed any retainers. They had my hopes up and then rained all over them. I have since signed a retainer with another firm that gladly took the case at a standard 33%.

Best Firm in Town. In Jan 2019 I was involved in a car wreck. I called in and the phone staff after hours were so kind and concerned. Donna really was a blessing. They listened and cared so much for me as their client. They made sure I rececieved treatment quickly to help with my injuries. I would not recommend this Law Firm to anyone!!!! The Case Worker and Attorneys did very little to keep me updated on the progress of My Case. Took them 2 years to settle the case. Did not receive as much as I could have if they had communicated better with me.

I was t-boned by a driver under the influence in August leaving my vehicle totaled. I initially called Akim Anastopoulo to help me because i was seemingly getting the run around with the at-fault party's insurance company. But now it seems like I am getting the run around with the law firm as well. I have not spoken to anyone in months. Every time I call to inquire my status I am repeatedly told that they don't do not know anything and will have someone from my team contact me. I was told by my chiropractor (The only medical help i was seeking) weeks ago that my lawyer's team had gotten in contact with him about my medical bills but when I call to infer about my status I was told that they were still trying to retrieve my medical bills and that they could not give me an updated status and that someone from my team would call. My totaled vehicle was fairly new and my insurance company would not pay off the entire remaining balance. So now I am faced with 2 vehicle car payments while paying for my 16 month old daycare bill and about to out of work on maternity leave with my newborn and all I want to know is the status of my case and how much longer I have. Very simple.

I was in a car accident that involved me slowing down at a red light and being T boned on the drivers side. My boyfriend and I shared a car for about a year and maybe two months.
