I am writing this review to inform anyone deciding to proceed with malpratice litigation to steer clear of Attorney Rosen and her law firm.
They are basically unresponsive, unprofessional and know little about
medical issues. As you probably know, with malpractice suits the
plaintiff does not pay unless they win their case at which time they pay the law firm.
Rosen's firm wanted me to pay for the medical review ($5000)!!
I have a serious issue with the fact that you don't even talk to a lawyer
but instead have to talk to an assistant the whole time who argued with
me the entire conversation. DO NOT get involved with them they are not
going to get anywhere for you!
