Beware do not use!!! Especially if you are a veteran, holding my settlement check going on 6 months, my check was settled in 4 months. They refuse to release stating they need a letter from VA, the VA doesn't write entities letter only for veteran benefits, and veteran care. They are bending backwards to make VA send a bill, which isn't going to happen, you can't demand a federal agency to send a letter to lawyer office saying that they won't charge the lawyer a bill, Thus us ridiculous, the VA told me they don't write letters like that, These people are ridiculous, ignoring emails, won't let me speak to my lawyer. Jennifer is bad and so is Calise Desha. Don't get your check held up Veterans!!!!

Contacted this law firm, talked to someone over the phone and gave info. Waited few days didn’t hear from them. Then got a call from another law firm who said that Eichholz turn my case over to them. I was not called or notified they dumped my case to someone else. Very unethical. I would not recommend this law firm to anyone. If they don’t want the case cause it’s to hard for them they dump you to another low class firm.

I blame myself for choosing this law firm. This establishment has a horrible reputation and I was warned. It’s been 2 years since my trucking accident and my case has yet to be settled. I’ve sent several emails with no response. My calls are never returned. I have no idea about what’s going on with my case. I’m going to contact another law firm & verify if my case can be taken over by them. Ridiculous.

I could NOT get past the perifial staff...I gave an brief history of my issue...was asked a few questions...put on hold...was told that they could not help me...I asked why???...the answer was, "I don't know." Evidently the staff that takes the incoming calls aren't allowed to answer ANY questions OR send your call to someone who can. This firm doesn't, in my opinion, deserve even one star AND confirms my learned suspicions that NO ONE CARES.

My experience with Eichholz was wonderful.
Shortly after my accident I had gone to another law firm to help my family and I manage.
This firm was of no help! Never a call and never an answer.
I was given no guidance nor was I helped.
After almost a year, we were told by a good friend to try this firm. Melissa was amazing from the first meeting.
We were astonished with the amount of knowledge she had and with how much help she offered.
Though my pain will never completely go away, I am very happy with how far we come.

My case has been in this office almost a year, can't get straight answers from my attorney, I should be a lot further in the process. My case should be handled in Ohio where I know it will be handled different. I am holding on to hope that my case is resolved very soon.

So far, I've called the office, but the number was disconnected. I've filled the lawsuit, bit haven't had any communication with this law firm since filing and signing documents. Unsure.

I had to change my review. Started off ok guess because they wanted me to get them to represent me, once I accepted them within 2 months passing, i never hear from my attorney unless I message them for a update. Then the person that was giving me updates relocated to atl and been there for a few months (8 months or better) and now they just decided to give me people that’s located in my city to be over my case. I feel like my attorney or person over my case should be calling me regular on updates, not me calling them just to get a update. Still haven’t heard anything or close to a settlement.

UPDATE- Talkd to my new case worker Ms Sherry same day AFTER I wrote this, had a nice conversation and she explained my case and whats going on very detailed. Seemed like a very nice lady and told me not to hesitate and call her anytime I have a question and that she will keep me fully updated step by step. My hopes was down on this case but she lifted it back up. Thanks Ms Sherry. And sorry for misunderstanding.

My son and I we're in a terrible accident in November 2017 and I just want to say how amazing this law firm is especially my paralegal, Leesa Butler. She is amazing and honest and very hard working. My husband has such a hard time getting anyone to communicate. The paralegal never answers and she also never responds to voicemails. It has been frustrating. Starting to think we should have went elsewhere. This has been since July and we really have no clue what is happening.

My experience was a fairly lengthy one because of my particular circumstances and I'm happy that I had the Eichholz law firm with me through that process. There were a lot of moving parts and my case manager kept me updated and answered all of my questions. I went there for a motorcycle accident that I had, lady was ticketed for failure to yield. Apparently my case wasn't a big money case so they passed me to intern. Constantly called never got any return, then they sent me to some company that's out of state to handle my case. I didn't even know that they sent it to them, they couldn't help me either. The statue a limitation of two years was almost up, luckily I ran into a real lawyer and within a half a year they settled the case for me. I tell everyone I say not to use this company, and I will constantly say it to everyone I see and meet because they are very unprofessional.

Good law firm if you need help with injuries

My husband hired this law firm in September 2018. We have lost everything due to his on the job injury. We don't hear from his attorney Janet Cantrell and his paralegal Jessica is not knowledgeable at all and has no answers to his questions. We are in the dark about what is going on with his case. We do not recommend them at all. We were told that the insurance company wanted to settle with him 3 months ago but yet we have not received the paperwork that we were told was coming for him to sign nor the copy of his medical records that we asked to be returned to him. We have felt totally ignored by his attorney and this law firm. Not satisfied at all!Update Do not hire this law firm! All they do is lie and you end up with nothing . Homeless penniless disabled! Do not UsE this law firm!!!!

I can never get in contact with my paralegal whether through email or phone. It takes weeks to get any type of answer for any question asked. Worst mistake ever choosing this law firm.

Have had a hard time getting in touch with my case worker. Tons of calls on top of calls. Were I left messages on top of messages. With no return calls. Chaged my casework with out me knowing to Jessica. Took a bit to get in touch with them after they chaged my case worker. My accident happen in August of 2019. So knowing this kind of case takes time. They did close in a ok manner. Just took a little more time then I was thanking it would took. If I was keep inform more of what was going would of been better. I thank. Also if I wasnt gaving miss forming information on what was going on.

Update on my case. My case is close. Pamela is a great. She made sure I fully understand what was going on, and lesion to everything I had to say. She answer a lot of unanswer questions. Pamela took a lot stress off of me. I look forward to having her complete the last stages of this case. So for now everything is looking good. Lets hope it goes as Pamela says it well. This law farm may not be as bad it seemed to be. Maybe it was just the person over my case that made my case such a headache and stressful. I’ve been dealing with my case since April, and still haven’t settled yet, I had to purchase my own medical records to send to my case manager, and I’m receiving letters from the other insurance company stating they still haven’t heard anything from my attorney. I have requested to speak directly to the attorney to discuss options to expedite this process or go just see why it has taken so long, but still I haven’t been able too. My case manager does not communicate effectively.

So far I've been with this law firm since May and nothing has happened with my case. I've called several times and was informed that the office was closed in Atlanta and that I really didn't have an attorney for my case. I'm still waiting but my case was from October 1, 2017. The police officers computer erased all my personal information as well as the person that hit me in the accident personal information and insurance so the police officer told me you once I found out who the insurance company that was responsible to contact him and he will verify before he mends my police report he called and verified with the insurance company and even after they call to verify with the insurance company the VIN number of the vehicle that hit me the insurance policy number and the driver of the motor vehicle was verify to not end until November 30th 2017 I'm confused I don't know what to think or what to say but the law firm is trying to help me and I haven't received any phone calls back or anything like that and what I don't understand is if the police officer contacts and insurance company and states have my name is officer so and so and so and so and I need to verify was there insurance the time of this motor vehicle accident that I'm doing a police report on and they tell him yes how is that not proof of who he talked to when he admitted in his amended police report that he spoke to a representative operator for Nationwide so I don't know if this law firm is going to be able to help me or not but I pray they do cuz miss Patricia Bojack is been working awfully hardand hopefully she'll be able to do something for me regardless if I have to take these people to court for wrongfully injuring my me and my four-year-old cuz my four-year-old face almost got taken off by the driver's side mirror from the other automobile.

My accident was April 2018. I'm getting concerned now. My case is being handled by Lisa Loyd she is knowledgeable and very nice lady. My case is taking such a long time to settle that I'm worried that I chose the wrong Law firm. I had no idea that my case would take this long with the fault of the accident being the other driver and I was the one injured for life. I should have gone with a bulldog firm I'm sure my case would have been settled by now. So, keep that in mind when choosing representation. I'm ready for this case to come to an end so that I can move on with my life. REVISED POST: I was in contact with my actual attorney in January 2019. She left me feeling a little at ease with the direction my case was going that was 2 months ago. Fast forward to March 22, 2019. My case still has NOT settled. I was told that we were going to litagation. That's disheartening but I'm ready to go. I'm still receiving medical bills and on the verge of getting VERY frustrated with the entire process. Hopefully, things will work in my favor. I'm still in touch with Lisa Loyd my case manager. This woman is fantastic. Request her at least she is concerned about the client. She returns calls promptly and answers all questions.

If it had no stars, I would give them that. This law firm waste my time. They won't take my case because of insurance information because of a slip and fall. The case wasn't easy for them to work on.

I feel like the paralegal I have been assigned is not working for me! I truly hope that I can update with a more positive review when all this is over. So far it's been a long time, and they haven't been able to get the insurance company (accident was totally the other guys fault!) to repay me (and Medicare) for what this accident caused. I've never wanted to get rich off this, and only signed on with an attorney because I was informed it was the only way to get the at-fault fellow's insurance company to quit pestering me at inconvenient times. Shouldn't a simple case of someone running a red light and hitting me be an easy fix to get my expenses paid for? Again, I hope I am able to update this with a more positive review in a few months.
Update - I have now been hearing regularly from the management team. I have been informed about the likely progression of my case going forward. Information like this is very helpful. I wish I could have been treated like that from the beginning. So I'd add another star at this point. But will still wait to see how effective they can be in getting a settlement that treats me fairly. Insurance companies can be such a scam!

Best law firm in Georgia!

Placed my first call to start my claim in August. It is now December and still no information. Each time I call i am routed to a voicemail and no one ever returns my calls. No one can seem to answer any questions without routing me to someone who won’t answer.
