Retained this lady years ago and unprofessional is an understatement. Sent me the incorrect contract (another client's information). Low budget attorney trying to come up and will gladly take your money.

She is rude and completely disrespectful. I repeat do not use her for anything. She tells clients you don't have the right to asked questions!! I was in total disbelief when she told me this. Stephanie Burgess does not believe in Attorney Client privileges. She shares your information with other attorneys. Don't hire!!!!!

I retained Burgees to get my husband a bond hearing. She did that however she filed for the hearing at recorders court after he had already been denied by recorders court and that’s not what we asked her to do. When trying to get a better understanding of what we paid her to do Burgees told me I was doing too much and that she didn’t owe me any explanation, she said she only owed my husband an explanation. However my husband didn’t pay her, I did and because we are married and my husband is in custody she should have been willing to give me an explanation. She was rude and unprofessional. Not once did she offer to set up an appointment for a meeting to go over everything in detail so that I could understand. I am partially to blame due to me never having to need a lawyer so my ignorance and me being naive to the law played a huge part in me trusting her.

Great lawyer! she got my 117 in a 35 speeding ticket coupled with reckless driving charge dropped to "failure to exercise due care" no points, 1k dollar fine. If you need a lawyer she is the way to go!
