Although I initially had difficulty getting a call-back, or even the basic details of their holiday hours, I later received follow-up contact. The staff that I spoke with that time was patient, professional, kind, and went out of their way to answer my questions and provide a helpful referral. I truly appreciate that staff followed up with me and ensured that I had the information that I needed. I had been on the verge of despair; giving up. Now I have hope again.

The staff here at the Legal Aid Foundation were very helpful in assisting me with filing family law motions in a child custody matter. Ms.Ronnie Barker, M.S. (advocate) was very knowledgeable in what I needed to do.
