We were greeted at entry by the receptionist who was super friendly. She took our IDs to copy and brought them out to me. I was tired and wanted caffeine. She actually made me a cup of coffee. I offered but she insisted. She offered snacks which I passed on. The closing attorney/paralegal was nice as well. Not what I was expecting or remembered from my last closing a few years back. Great - pleasant experience. Sorry I don’t have their names, I really felt bad that day. They exceeded my expectations. B.Owens
