Clark & Washing comes recommended by Trust Dale and their price is reasonable compared to many. They made the process go smoothly. I was not impressed with he lawyer at our meeting of creditors. He said that we were not on his list and that he wasn't expecting so many clients that day. We mentioned it at a later date and the folks in the office we're very concerned and offered their apologies. I felt like they dealt with it appropriately.

They rushed ahd couldn't answer my questions. Promised to refund me an overpaid feeand email report and never did. A clerk from their office called me today and ended the call abruptly and called back w hours later after she had her lunch. Ive emailed them twice with no response. They treat you as a number. They do not communicate with there clients. The attorney there talked to me so rudely. Ask me, what what do you want?bLike I’m getting on his nerves when they got my case dismissed for not turning in my 2016 tax papers that I gave to them back in April. Nor did they retain money back from a creditor that ignored the right to stay act. I paid them to represent me and they did not do nothing but just filed some paperwork for $4200. The way the attorney there spoke to me today I feel like I was racially profiled as I black woman.

This law firm is HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! The custimer Srvc is absolutely horrible! I gave them paperwork in person and all the paperwork vanished, I paid ALL MONIES TO HAVE MY CASE FILED AND ONLY HAD A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF TIME TO FILE BEFORE MY VEHICLE WOULD BE AUCTIONED OFF AND HAD I NOT CALL THEM THE DAY BEFORE MY VEHICLE WAS DUE TO BE AUCTIONED OFF I WOULD NOT HAVE MY CAR TODAY!!!!!THEY HAD NO IDEA I PAID ALL MY FEES ON THE CLARK AND WASHINGTON WEBSITE THAT THEY PROVIDED! THEY SENT THE BANKRUPTCY COURTS THE WRONG ADDRESS TO HAVE PAYNENTS TAKEN FROM MY PAYROLL!!!! I WASN'T RECEIVING ALL FORMAL NOTICES OF COURT HEARINGS BY WAY OF MAIL BUT BY VM THE NIGHT BEFORE I WAS DUE TO APPEAR. Nothing short of professional! My experience has been great from the initial consultation. After the consultation, I had my 2nd meeting the week after. Within days my case was filed and I was able to complete the 2nd bankruptcy course. Soon after that I received my paperwork in the mail as well as my court date. The first lawyer I went to was horrible. He still has not contacted me about my case. My goal was to go ahead and get started so I could get it over with, he didn't share the same feeling. Dear Spirit of God, The year 2003 I received an unusual letter in the mail from Clark & Washington. I had never heard of Clark & Washington before. But the letter stated that for $50 or less Clark & Washington could "STOP" the foreclosure on my house. Lord God, I put my faith in the words of that letter from Clark & Washington that for $50 or less Clark & Washington could save my house. When I went to Clark & Washington's office for the first time expecting to write a check for $50 or less to stop the foreclosure on my house the visit didn't match the words I had put my faith in according to the unusual letter of for $50 or less Clark & Washington could stop the foreclosure on my house. Being that I do acknowledge God in all things. The Spirit of God sent me Peace to allow Clark & Washington to handle my case. Now almost 11 years later I know why The Spirit of God wanted Clark & Washington to handle my case. April of 2014 which is this year the IRS was kind enough to reopen my case and to grant me money they had levied from my account dated back after I came out of bankruptcy and now it's Clark & Washington time to "Shine" because the IRS money that was taken out during my bankruptcy years was filed Wrong. Thank You God for Clark & Washington. I will update this prayer when Clark & Washington refund what is due me. In Jesus Name. Amen

When you meet at a local office they tell you one thing. Then if you call the main office or hey call you the tell you something else. They do the bare minimal on every thing. And every time they contact you they get u upset because the main office does not know whats going on. Do not go there!!!!!!
