Unlike the reviews I see,This man has gone way above and beyond every time I needed him...We are talking BIG time,he was involved with an $860,000,000 class action lawsuit with me and was off the chart with everything we needed....He has helped me numerous times,with everything legal that was needed....The best part is,I consider him FAMILY,I had not seen him for 10 years.talked to him a bunch,but,when I stopped by,he recognized me and ask me in....Really like his character,he is like FAMILY.

I would advise people not to hire john Hitchcock for your bankruptcy needs. He has screwed us over twice he is a sexist. Hitchcock is on the males side of everything because he does everything to cause you a ordeal and make your problems worse. If we do file another chapter 13 we will not use him because he is lazy. I'm just really hurt and distressed right now. But we have learned our lesson and not trust john Hitchcock because he will not do right, or be a lawyer. Once they get their money out the window you go.

I did this on behalf of a family member of mine who was struggling financially, that is why the bankruptcy was dismissed. But things are looking better since the bankruptcy dismissal, and we worked out a settlement with our finance company Since we only trust our selves and not man to do the right thing. Who only screw you over.

And all the bills that was including in the bankruptcy are over 7 years old, which the law bars creditors to try and collect or sue. They have tried to collect but we told them they are over 7 years old. And they don't bother us anymore. Life is slowly getting back to normal.

John is a great attorney, he's handled two bankruptcy, a child adoption and a divorce for me and is always there to answer questions if I have them regarding other possible legal matters. I would recommend him to anyone, he's the best. Always professional, courteous and there when you need him.
