I don't even know if words could describe how wonderful Desiree and her staff are. During my custody case she was quick to respond to each email or phone call that I made and anytime I asked a question she made sure that I got an answer and fully understood what was going on. I was a constant ball of nerves during my case but her calm and confident demeanor helped keep me confident as well. Desiree and her team were extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and organized which made the entire process seem seamless. I don't think I would ever trust anyone else to represent myself nor any of my family members. Desiree will definitely be my go to for any and all future legal issues and I would encourage anyone else to do the same.

I think they're trashy!! Beware if your a Dad concerned about your children's well fair..Duke will take your money knowing they can't help you! And there pretty pricey!! Not fair to my granddaughters. there the ones that's truly paying the price. So sad makes me angry

Unfortunately my husband is a returning client. With every case and situation we have brought Tim and Desiree they have taken on and helped tremendously. We can’t say enough good things about these 2. They have fought for us to get 50/50 custody and everything we have asked for. Calls/emails are always answered promptly by them or their staff. Desiree Duke and all of her staff ,Grorgia, Robin, Mallory (the only ones I had dealings with) were wonderful. Desiree is such a kind person and is very generous of "heart". I had gone to her because my previous attorney was absolutely useless. It was the middle of my divorce and Desiree took the remainder of the litigation. As it turns out, unbeknownst to everyone involved, there was a conflict between me and another one of her clients. I had to seek counsel elsewhere. She not only recommended a good attorney, she refunded most of her fees that I had paid due to not being with her very long (a couple of weeks). She didnt have to so that but she did. That shows great character in my opinion.
If I ever need representation again I will definitely contact that group again, and request Desiree...lol.

They wanted four thousand dollars to do a divorce. Ridiculous!

Worst decision I ever made was hiring Duke law firm to represent me in my divorce. Told me I would get joint physical custody when I decided to hire her. Didn’t even ask for it in mediation. I came out with every Thursday and every other weekend. Child support over $1100 a month which is crazy. Paid 3k out of my 401k to my ex for her to pay back taxes and she never paid. Spent the money so I called Duke and was told I had to pay more money to take her back to court. Never answered any of my calls. She never fought for me and just accepted everything my ex’s lawyer presented.

Desiree is a beast in court! She settled my divorce case with exactly what I asked for. My now ex husband even admitted that he was so impressed with her that he recommended her to a friend and wishes he had found her first.
Her professionalism aside she is also an incredible person in general.

They came highly recommended, and I paid an absorbent about of money (25k)for my divorce. It was to include a jury trial and financial investigator. My ex and I settled ourselves, and never refunded anything , but what was worse, they never compensated in work of course for what I paid for in other areas. Then, had the audacity to want 4k more plus $325,an hour for contempt charges for contempt and responses. I had already overpaid by 15k at least. I passed on that. Likeable people, but overpriced for little work.

Mrs. Duke helped me win custody of my son. She has been there for me for this very long, stretched out process. I have now had custody, thanks to Duke, for 6 years! I re-hire her every time "they" take me to court and she has won every single one of my cases. She does not cease to be there for me and my family. Heath has also helped on my cases and is a very good lawyer himself. The whole office has been an amazing asset to my legal needs!

I highly recommend Desi Duke. My daughter hired Desi to represent her in her 2 year old divorce case that was at a stand still with her previous attorney. Within weeks of hiring Desi, a court date was set for a final. Because of her willingness to listen to my daughter and review her 2 years of documentation prior to the court date, an agreement was reached in the courthouse hallway that day. Absolute worst attorney in Carrollton Georgia!! Worst professionalism I've ever seen. Doesn't truly care for her clients. Cancels appointments and court hearings constantly even when matters are drastic. I wouldn't recommend her to represent anyone. And no this isn't a matter opinion or based off a simple bad experience. This was the absolute worst representation ever!!! If this could be zero stars it definitely would be!!!!
