I did not know what to expect but Lisa walked me through the process step by step. I was always able to reach her with any questions I had during my two year claim. Lisa gave me her cell phone number and she always answered my calls in the evening. If I had to leave a message I got a returned call in a reasonable amount of time. I have referred her to many people and each of them have thanked me. The office staff would get me an answer to my questions in a timely matter if Lisa was in court. First attorney I have used over the years that actually did what she said she would. I definitely recommend her for any SSA/disability issues.

I went through a lengthy intake process, and was told my case would be reviewed and that someone would get back to me about representing my case.

After I repeatedly called back and left messages over a week had passed and not only were my phone messages ignored, we I finally spoke with the representative that I originally spoke with, the same on that I repeatedly left messages for, informed me that due to their case load they would not be able to take my case, an important detail they failed to disclose before taking my information and not bothering to follow up.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered so be aware.

Excellent attorney who was able to help me win my case and get me a fair and favorable decision! I had waited over 10 years to file for disability when I could have gotten it s long time ago, so proving a disability before age 22 at 32 was no easy task however Ms.Siegel was able to win my case. Preparation and getting all the documents and paper work were excellent by this attorney as well. I highly recommend this attorney as you will have the best representation to get you a good result at the hearing level.

Would not recommend this firm. Simply called in to offer services and they provide no way whatsoever. Everyone must solicit services to earn a living including law firms. Think about that next time you shun away sales people they are humans that could very well be clients of yours one day.
