Literally the worst attorney. I hired him for a divorce/custody case and I couldn’t imagine anyone doing a more terrible job. Apparently he slept through the class where they teach you that you can’t contact the other party directly during a divorce (her attorney had a field day with that one). I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone, ever.

Attorney James Head has been my Attorney for years.
He's very easy to talk to in order to disclose everything necessary to aid him in winning your case.
He's personable, available to his clients when you need to talk or ask questions.
I would recommend Attorney James Head without hesitation

If you want lawyer who ...
1. Never calls you back.
2. Does not ever have time for you.
3. Shows up to court late.
4. Makes you do all the leg work.
5. Handles business last minute.

Worse lawyer I’ve ever had to obtain. Did not communicate with us about case or how and when to make payments. Never answered the phone when called and usually no call back either. Took my payment to obtain him but didn’t even do his job. Actually he didn’t do anything. absolutely nothing! Did not keep word that he would go see his client that was incarcerated at the time and did not follow through with anything he said. He obviously does not care about his clients just their money. RIP OFF! I recommend you look for someone else or prepare your self for disappointment. Will never use him again.

I've known Mr Head for a few years. Quality stand up guy. I couldn't recommend anyone any higher.

He was very good with that Client but they had paid him good money . I have paid him $200. For a case that could not have Possibly been lost, when the time for him to walk across the street for me to win my unemployment case that I could have done on my own. He did not even make An effort for me. So needless to say I did not get my unemployment. He said that he could get me more money but since The case pertained to Walmart Said for the best thing for me to do was apologize to Walmart and asked them to take the non re hireable off of my record .It was obviously Walmart paid him more money. It was better for him to came out better just ignoring my case and keeping my $2oo..In other words he goes for the one with the most money. Not return my $200 ..So I would say it all Depends on who has the most money and what kind of case you have.
