After being very disappointed with another law firm in how they handled our case, my husband and I decided to utilize Kaplan Law Firm to see if we could be fairly compensated for an unfortunate car accident. Kaplan Law Firm not only cleared up several misstatements of fact by the other firm but also, got use substantially more money.

Do not hire this firm. You will regret it. They do no treat clients with priority and the staff all seem unorganized and fearful to do or say anything. The main attorney is very old and his practices seem very antiquated. Definitely not a progressive or cutting edge firm. I've hired this firm dec5 2016 for a slip and fall. Out of 2 years I haven't received any good services from this firm. If you don't call them they won't call you to follow up on anything. It's always some kind of excuse. I settled my case a month and a half ago. I've haven't received my settlement check. I would never recommend this firm to anyone.

My partner got bit in the face by a dog, an attorney at this firm took her case & after a year - the firm stated the attorney she was working with quit, and they are releasing the case because they don't feel she has one.
Seemed very strange and not to mention their percentage was a little excessive at 40% and 60% client.

My husband was referred to Brad in early March by a mutual friend for the handling of a Personal Injury case. This friend spoke so highly of Brad and insisted we hire him so we made an appointment for March 19th at 1pm. Brad's assistant called to cancel it at 12:40. Both of us had taken off of work for that appointment. To avoid taking off more work, Brad was supposed to call the next day to do a phone consult, but that call never came. My husband called him instead and was told Brad was out of town for the next week. He went in to the office anyway and the assistant scanned all of his paperwork for Brad to review when he returned. That was March 28th and still no word. My husband called Brad again last week in one last attempt to seek his services, but was again told he was out and would call him back. He did not call. EVER. In 5 weeks. Not even to say he did not have time or interest in the case. Moral of the story, don't call Brad if you need reliable representation.

As a former employee, I am qualified to set the record straight about working at The Kaplan Firm. It's a great place to work. The pay is generous and ALWAYS in the bank every Friday morning at 7:00. The office is lovely. In fact, each employee has an office with traditional office furniture made of wood. While it didn't work out for me, I enjoyed my time there and will always appreciate the way I was treated so well. Thanks, Brad!

This is not a good place to work. The training is non existent, they don’t onboard employees, they make you clock in from someone else’s time clock, and refuse to train you. It’s so unorganized and junky in the office. There’s no Human Resources, there’s no true company website, and you don’t get paid. The turnover rate is incredibly high, employees minus one person, don’t last for more than 6 months. I can’t speak on why they left but I would not recommend working there or doing business with this place as there’s no one there to answer calls.
