When we discovered my wife's elderly parents had misplaced their Wills Sarah immediately met with them in their home to prepare new up to date Wills and Power of Attorneys that comply with current revised law. Sarah expedited the entire process of the Legal and Estate Planning to avert any problems occurring due to their physical weakness, health and frailty as a result of their late age. Sarah knows this type of law and brought up issues we had not considered and directed our choices to the right path all while not taking advantage of us charging high legal fees. She was a pleasure to work with and most importantly handled our parents kindly.
My wife we so impressed we asked her to review our Wills, POA's and Trusts to find out our after 10 years these no longer compiled with Georgia Law. Her fees where more than fair and she even saved us redoing our Wills by adding language in a codicil saving even more money.

She sent us our drafts to proof read, I emailed her my corrections and we went in for the signing of the documents and walked out with our packet, made copies for family members, and took them straight to our safety deposit box. I called her to talk about our needs and she was very detailed about what to bring for our first meeting, and she was able to see us very quickly. During our meeting she went over all the steps involved and answered all of our questions and gave us some reading material to look over. Two weeks later, the drafts of our documents were mailed to us. (Usually it’s only one week but she planned a holiday with family!)
