First of all I would have given Alex 5 stars had not we had a little niche with my settlement nothing critical or life-threatening however it did cause a delay other than that the service was excellent they return all phone calls they are very in tune to what is going on with your case and they handled everything very quickly I definitely would you use them again and highly recommend them for anyone who is looking for a real lawyer that takes his job seriously .SBELL

I spoke with them and sent all of my paperwork on 8/27/19. Bill Samek Intake Paralegal replied it would take 7 to 10 business days to review the documents. After 2wks I called to check the status. Bill, in a huffy rude tone stated "He's still deciding whether to take your case". Here we are 8 weeks later and not even an email or call ? I agree with these other comments on never returning messages. Simple professionalism... say yes we'll take the case or no we don't have time nor want the case. Pathetic and how does this firm have 4 stars? Obviously I sought a better firm.

Took the case and then 3 months later after multiple attempts to contact them they sent me a letter saying they decided not to pursue my case.

I contacted Mr Simanovsky in March of 2019 after the final straw in dealing with a 3 year old Chevy Malibu.

The entire ordeal from initial contact to money in my account took 90 days. I never expected anything some receiving any amount was an A+.

Great results. Had an issue with a new truck losing power intermittently the the manufacturer couldn't replicate or trouble shoot. After giving them 4 attempts, I informed the manufacturer that I wasn't going to debug their truck and wanted money back. They didn't have an informal process to do so. So I contacted Alex Simanovsky & Associates. Started a 2+ year process. In the end I got back 110% of the price of the truck - money owing on the lease. Only reason I didn't give Alex & Co. 5 Stars is that I went to some trouble to capture two episodes of the failure, which involved me having an HD camera set up for in my truck for two months to catch the problem happening. I sent Vimeo links to Alex S office and got email acknowledgement of the video was more than 6 months before arbitration was scheduled. They neglected to inform the arbitration judge of the video, which was a surprise, the day of arbitration. So it couldn't be shown at arbitration and the manufacturer rep at first took the position that they didn't think the problem was real. I do think the fact I stated the video existed made them know that I'd win later, if the claim it wasn't resolved in my favor in arbitration. In the end the company rep acknowledged that he believed the problem I experienced was real. So a good outcome but I was frustrated about the failure to tell the court about the video.

Alex Simanovsky and Associates had agreed to represent me in a lemon law claim. A paralegal by the name of Roger Henderson was handling my case. After being led on for a few weeks, they (the law firm) sent me a letter telling me they were no longer representing me in this case. I called Roger to ask for a copy of the demand letter that the firm allegedly sent to (auto manufacturer, name redacted) and he got belligerent with me, telling me not to call any more, that they weren't handling my case any more, that "they" denied my claim etc. I kept trying to say "I understand that, I am taking my case elsewhere, I just want a copy of the letter you sent to (auto manufacturer, name redacted)" but he wouldn't let me get the sentence out. I was treated very poorly by this representative, and I was not able to obtain a copy of the letter. I ended up having to file a formal complaint with the bar association in order to get the letter so that I could take my case elsewhere.It is not actually clear whether or not a letter was actually sent to (auto manufacturer, name redacted) by this firm, and maybe that is why Roger got belligerent, trying to cover his tracks. Either way, poor business practice all around. STAY AWAY!

Accepted my case (hoping to get a quick out of court settlement with Kia im assuming) but when it came time to file in court about a year later, decided it was too far of a drive and would not continue. So i was forced to start from scratch with another attorney.

It’s been about a year or two since I last heard from them. Called Alex and left multiple voicemails. Sent him multiple emails as well. Zero response. Then out of the blue I get a call from his secretary asking me if I have any additional information. Told them I was surprised to even hear from them since they never returned my calls. Never heard back from them...until today that is...I got an email asking for a performance review. Too bad there is no option for no stars. One star is too generous. Most unprofessional law firm I have ever dealt with.

Went through them for a lemon law issue on my GMC. After months of no contact I finally got ahold of them and they said GMC denied the claim. Seemed very odd the way they handled it. I got the lawyer because they denied it before I got the lawyer. The entire thing seemed very very fishy. Almost like they pocketed cash.

You both blew it!! After the trial I was so irrate that there were so many opportunities you missed to make me look better in the courtroom. I thought of several things you never objected to or add to my defense. You both sat there waiting for a paycheck. You could have won but you lost to someone else much better than you.

I recieved barely any communication from the office, and I have to sign a waiver to not join the class action suit against Ford due to my transmission issues. Now, nothing has been done for me, and I haven't received any assistance or compensation. I can't join the class action, who many have greatly benefited from, because of this firm.

Lack of communication, nothing else needs to be said. I'm a respectable guy overall and patient but everytime I had to find out something about my case I had to be proactive in contacting the office... at times when I did it was "we'll call you back" to not receive a call back by the end of business. There was little to no communication with me. So I seeked other representation and made the right decision for my lemon law case. In fact, they couldn't even care to call or email or reach out to let me know they dropped my case. You have a choice to make on who represents you but please understand I don't care to write reviews unless I feel I was wronged and you should seek other representation. My last call to them on 5/25/17 resulted in a back and forth debate for no reason other than lack of professionalism. Unacceptable...
