However in this case it’s because I was so very impressed and frankly grateful for the time Mr Persons took to give me counsel. I was injured in an auto accident in October 2017. Being that this was my first time in an auto accident, I didn't know where to begin or who I could trust. So, like many of us I went to the ole' trusty internet for an auto accident attorney. I saw large firms, small firms, local firms, national firms, all promising to do the same thing... Get Me More Money than the others...Guaranteed... So I decided to research the firm selection process. I found out what to look for in a firm, and what questions to ask, to see who would be genuine, and most importantly, honest with me about my possible case. One thing I did know, is that I wanted someone local, someone who knew the area, specifically the area where my accident occurred. You know it was almost as if a higher power pointed me in the direction of "The Persons Firm", because during my second search in the same area ( about three days after the first online search), "The Persons Firm" appeared in my search results, and their office is in the same office park as my employer.
Ben Person did everything he said he would do for my case. He and Katrina, and Tricia were all wonderful, and kept me up to date with any new information. If there was a question that Katrina and/or Tricia could not answer, Ben was available, upfront, honest, and direct with all answers. He did not talk around topics or evade answers, and even took time to break down the legal jargon and other things that can be confusing to us non-legal professionals.

Wow, where do I start? I was struck by a drunk driver in Atlanta. I was referred to Ben by a family friend. The only referral I've ever received that was actually worth it.
